Alright, I know that I said I would update y'all last Friday, but he requested till Tuesday (today 17 May 2011) because he had drill all weekend... which I confirmed to be true. It is 2128 local time at my house... which means it's 2328 local time at his house. There is no way he didn't get a chance to send out my items today when he has been on facebook a lot today. I'm pulling the plug on this f***ed up shindig.

My name is AT3 Aaron Parris, USN. I am reporting on account of my friend, Morgan Grant, who has recently ended his tour in the US Army. He is currently fighting to get an item he paid one of the enlisted personnel whom I believe to be under your division (Specialist Lamar Horton) that was fraudulently sold to him over the internet. Morgan has given him over a month and a half to come up with the parts, (two HKS blow-off valves for a Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo, valued at $200) and Lamar has done nothing but give him excuses. The initial transaction is believed to have occurred between the dates of 23MAR2012 and 10APR2012. He has been contacted through Facebook, Twitter, Cell phone, and Email, and has come up with excuse after excuse to why he hasn't shipped the parts. I am a moderator on NICOclub, and I believe it my duty to help out the guys that regularly contribute technical knowledge to my forum, and this is a prime opportunity to do just that. Morgan isn't really worried about the parts, as he can get them elsewhere. A refund of the owed value ($200) will be sufficient, but the parts he paid for would be even better. Specialist Horton has given every excuse imaginable, and yet Morgan has still come up with nothing to show. If I have sent this email to the wrong person in error, please either forward it or respond, letting me know who the proper point of contact would be. I appreciate your time, as I know you must be a very busy person.

Yes indeed call his mother! Contact every person who should know about this. I will call her too. He is in the 53rd Infantry Brigade, 1st battalion - 124 Infantry Regiment... not too sure which company he is in yet, but it's the 1st Platoon of whichever company. I found a few of his buddies in his platoon as well... so I will be notifying them as well. All I need to do is contact his BDE or BTN staff duty desk and I can have all that I need. I talked to the company commander today and emailed him this:

Sir,

Here is all the info I have on this subject. I have included the thread on a public forum called NICOclub.com, as well as, all emails sent to and from Lamar via Facebook. Please read all of it if you have time... as it contains a lot of info. His family has stepped in to defend him and one of them even impersonated a U.S. Army 1SG. Lamar is nowhere to be seen, to defend himself, on this forum thread. As you will see below, Lamar Horton has committed an act of fraud. I would really hate to get CID involved in this matter. Being ex military, I am an advocate of handling things at the lowest level. If intentional misconduct is a thing your Officers and NCO's are teaching to their Joes... that reflects poorly on senior leadership, Sir. I will pursue this matter until one of the following occurs:

1. A full refund in the amount of $200 USD is sent to me.
2. The 2 HKS blow off valves (parts that I paid for) are sent to me.
3. Corrective action has been taken by the UCMJ and/or civilian authority.

If you are trying to scam me and take my money... there are a lot of people interested in this case as I have posted about this issue on NICO. Many, of which, are military. If you decide to f*** over another military guy... I don't think your 1SG or company CMDR will be too happy to hear about all this. I know what unit you are in and it would only take one phone call to make your life a living hell. Please don't make me be the d!ck head NCO I used to be. Please respond with some sort of info on this. I see posts from you on here that say s*** like "be true to the world" and so you seem legit but man, you are brewing some doubt.

Ok... fair enough. If I don't see a real tracking number within the next 3 days... and then if I don't see the BOV's in my hands within the next business week from today (Wednesday 04 May 2011 to Friday 13 May 2011) I, along with a few other people, will call your entire chain of command and inform them of your intentions. Do what you must to retrieve them from the back of your Z and ship them out. I really don't want to be a d!ck and involve your leadership... possibly destroying your Army career, Specialist. I will if I have to though seeing as how you have lied to me once already about shipping my items that I legitimately bought from you. Do the right thing, Specialist, and there will be no issues. Write me back within the next 3 days with a real tracking number.

This guy claiming to be your brother by the user name of SilviaS15Freak came on there and started some juvenile s*** with everyone else! Then this user name of 1SG.US.MIL decided to come in here and threaten everyone involved... funny thing is HIS IP address traced back to be the same IP address that SilviaS15Freak used. Kinda strange if you ask me. This stunt has grabbed the attention of the FORUM OWNER! The top guy on this forum... he has notified your local PD and other forum owners such as TT.net and 3ZC. If you don't want your family to be harassed... tell them to get out of OUR business. It is between you and I, Lamar. If your family gets out of this... I will tell everyone on the forum to get out of it too. This has gone waaaaayyyyy too far man... your brothers don't need to be a part of this by stirring the pot. And on the other hand... They're not gonna discharge him over this, but 45/45 1/2 month times 2 sounds pretty fair at this point. (45 days restriction, 45 days extra duty, one half-month's pay times two)

That is probably exactly what would happen. The UCMJ likes pay and rank reductions lol.

As for what has happened so far... I talked with Lamar's buddy, Lee Yearwood (who had Lamar's broken down car) today and he said that Lamar came to pick up the car on Saturday 21 May 2011. I confirmed with Lamar and he said he would ship the parts out in the AM of tomorrow 24 May 2011 with a tracking number. So... we are back to square one haha. If a tracking number doesn't appear in my inbox by COB (Close of Business) tomorrow, I will inform his commander and they can take it from there.

If the parts miraculously do show up... there will be no need for further investigation and/or prosecution.
