How about you go look for them yourself. The vent is not right on top of the radiator, and it's also not functional. You have absolutely no evidence to the contrary anyway. Also, you haven't proven that you have knowledge of jack ****. Everything you've said has been completely wrong and I've pointed out why on every account.
