Aren't the 240's sold here in America with the coupe style technically "One-Via's"? as they have the Silvia back end and the 180SX front end...if you're referring to a full-blown SR20 swap "One-via" then they aren't too hard to find, I've seen them on Ebay more than a few times....if you mean the actual production One-via, Nissan didn't make any for production as far as I know, they only made a small batch of the Sileighty and those are rarer than hen's teeth.

I seem to remember an Aussie website that had a One-via special...let me see if I can find it again.

the 89 through 94 240's are somewhat like Onevia's right? That's what I thought, but wasn't sure, thats why i was looking for a picture...

One via is simply the S13 USPEC Coupe. This variation was never sold in japan.. soo people put 180 fronts on silvias. i.e. onevia. the opposite of the Sil80

apparently Nissan japan never made sileightys either. it was supposedly a tuning shop called Kid's Heart IIRC that made the small number of sileightys.

I'm pretty sure it was Nissan themselves that put out the sil80. So technically I have what could be called a onevia being that I have a 1989 240SX coupe...

JDM aside, Silvia = RHD, fixed headlights, SR or CA engine (to name a few essentials)

the sileighty was created by the first drifter that smacked up a 180SX and figured out a Silvia front end would fit and was cheaper than the 180SX stuff;)

onevia n sil80 are descriptions of coupe with popups and hatch with fixedlights respectively.

we can argue about the USDM badged as 180sx/silvia all day long..

I am so tempted to go buy the KA I found, drop it in my Silvia, put a 180SX nose on it, procure some AEM(American Export Market) 240SX badging and let you guys argue about whether it's now a 240:pface

So even if I got the SR, silvia front end conversion, and badging, its not a sivia. Wow...and all this time I though the LHD integra type R running around were doing it the right way (the ones I'm talking about have the actual type r engine...)

I think that is correct. There is a Sileghty featured in one of my tuning books that appears factory but I am sure the first one was done by a a private individual.

yea thats what i was trying to say. all the kids were destroying their cars and putting the silvia front clip on so nissan was like oh yea we will make one from factory. if i remember right they had a slightly more tuned suspension.
