lol, sorry I got you looking for more issues.

I am building my next living space hopefully.

My friend and I just want land with a warehouse framed up on it. With power ran and water ran to it and we would build out the inside.

This thread rules.

My house has no dishwasher. There are gaps in a wall where it's super drafty. Our toilet leaks. Our fluorescent light in the kitchen just fell off the ceiling one day. I guess it just got tired of hangin there. It's a s***ty house, but it works and I only pay $150/mo!

I just named the mold in my shower "Javier." He speaks with a Spanish accent, so why not right?

We just had an estimate doe for the door in the basement that is rotting off the hinges because of the foundation raising and dropping every seasonal change...

$5K

We threw the douchebag out on his as$. I feel your pain cause I have to sleep in the cold and whenever any work gets done, it's full of Mickey Mouse shens and stupid wetback construction antics. No, I'm not racist. There is such a thing.

Yes there is... around here its some guy who has experience in construction but not enough goes to some lady's house and quotes $5 a square then goes and picks up some workers that do it for $3square. First guy gets paid and then pays the workers and makes a crazy chunk of change without doing anything.

They have lifted trucks on 22" with ladder racks on with no ladders on it, followed by 2 beat toyota minitrucks full of tools and supplies and workers.

I want in on this business.

I love trains. I'd love to live near some tracks, but only on the right side.

^ When i was doing construction with my friends company we got asked to demo part of an apartment complex that was getting re do and the previous contractors really f***ed it up. I found an empty beer can in between every single stud in one of the rooms.

If I ever ripped up a wall and found out the studs were just kegcans taped together I'd flip.

I just want my warehouse now.

Dude the Pony!!!! Yes!!! As you could probably imagine, I have ended up there at 7am after a night of intense drinking more than once.

Do not tell me not to go to Memphis, I freaking LOVE that town. I make the drive just for Gus's hot and spicy fried chicken (worlds best baby). One semester at college, I went to Memphis every weekend. Sure it was expensive, sure I had to eat chicken flavored ramen for every meal for 4 months, but dammit, I was partying in Memphis!! This was back when the 240sx would get 35mpg on the highway and premium gas was $2/gal. Was still a 5.5hr drive each way though.

A little Gus's, a day doing something dumb, some Central BBQ (sorry, I'm biased) and then heavy drinking on Beale usually ending at some seedy establishment like the Green Beetle at 4am, when we head to dun dun duuunnnnn The Pony!!

If you really want to ball out, its the Platinum Plus Cabaret though.
