Tire Brand/Dimensions: Toyo Proxes 4 (all seasons) 245/35/20 95W load rating
Suspension: Stock AWD suspension

Hey guys just have a question..I am shopping for wheels now and came a cross these Concept One RS-55's ( used ,in good condition and at a right price ) my car is RWD stock height for now, but most likely I`ll get H-techs in the spring
the wheels are
FRONT:
(2) 8.5" +30mm
REAR:
(2) 10" +38mm

these are rims only, no tires . Will they fit fine without any problem ,extra mods ,rubbing etc. ?! ( tires will be bought upon problem-free fitment )

Find my posting on page 4. These are the wheels I have now. With the stock offset of +38 for the rears you will probably poke a little bit. I had mine milled to 42 so they would sit flush and also not cause an issue when lowered or loaded down.

Also, find 06M4.5's posting on page 4. He has Concept One wheels (different model) but same specs. He had his milled as well and he is lowered on H-Techs. His name is Freddie I believe, PM him. He provided me some good advice when I was shopping for my wheels.

Polargice: thanks alot man those wheels are sweet !!! so you think I would be sticking out too much on the rears with +38mm offset ?! What if I ran instead of 285 tire a 275 tire would that make a difference ?! I want these wheels very much but i dont want to have problems with my M, its my daily/family car so i dont want to go too agrressive/vip to roll fenders. Just want a perfect fit that wouldnt give me problems

I would recommend sticking with the 285 tire. I'm not too keen on having a stretched tire, but I'm also not an expert on tires. I went with what made the most sense based on what others did and also wanting to stay close to overall oem specs. I use my M as a daily driver as well and my current setup is great. No issues. Even loaded with full passengers and luggage I didn't have any rubbing.
38 vs 42 offset is only 4mm (about 5/32"), but for me, even at 42 it sits pretty much flush and I wouldn't want it out any further just from a looks standpoint. I can't say if 38 offset with those wheels would rub when loaded down. Probably not, but I'd have them milled if you have a good machine shop in town. Shouldn't cost much to do so.

front is no problem but with the 38mm on the rear I would tell you to get the 235/ 275 tire set up.

now if you get the rear wheels milled to 42mm get the 245/ 285 tire set up.

ok thanks a lot guys, can these wheels be milled from +38mm to +42mm offset ? thats 4 mm almost half a centimeter now would such milling affect strenght of the wheel, and if i do get them and mill them what about clearence on calipers ?!

Milling from 38 to 42 is no problem. There is extra space on the hub to allow for it without affecting the structural integrity of the wheels. I've had mine on for maybe 6 months now and they're perfect. Just be sure the shop knows what they're doing when it comes to wheels if you end up having them milled.

Sounds like everything would work just fine, although, I'd probably go with 245/35 tires since they're closer to the original overall diameter of stock setup.

This set up is fine as far a the wheels go but you'll be better off with more rubber in there... 245/35/20 or I would prefer 255/35/20...good luck!

Thanks guy. Ya the 235/30/20 is a little narrower than the originals but the tires were already on the rims and I got a really good deal on them both brand new. Would it make a significant difference changing out the tires for slightly bigger ones?

Not trying to debate but I think if you got them mounted already drive em til they're bald. 235 and 245 isn't something too drastic that you will notice a difference. The only thing major in sizes is the sidewall thickness. That's only gona affect ur speedo, off by 2 mph and maybe asthetics being so thin. One option is dismount, sell them and buy the "correct" size to be closer to the oem overall diameter.

- Does anyone know or have knowledge of what size tires, are being used with the M37/M56 - 20" sport wheels when mounted to the M35/M45 vehicles? I recall the specs on those being 20x9 @ +43. Stock tires are 245/40/20 if i recall.

I have a 06 Sport, and i'm set on grabbing a pair of these, but I need to know if the stock size tires will fit, or would I need to go down (ie.. 245/35 etc...). The car is setting at stock sport ride height right now, and i'll be adding a set of the Tein H springs along with the BBK to round things out. The car looks good at the stock Sport Ride height, so i may settle with the stock look, but then again a little lower will probably compliment the upgraded wheels better.

One last question.. On the Infiniti Parts & Accessories eStore, they have the wheels in a Gunmetal Gray Metallic finish listed for about $350 per wheel, based on my locale.. But on the Genuine Infiniti Accessories page, they are listed at $1752 with a Graphite finish. Which of the two are standard with the sport pkg? that's the color i want, not the darker color.

- No, for a few reasons.. 1st. i'm out of the country until late Summer/ early Fall. 2nd. I'm becoming more and more confused on what setup I want to go with. Playing with the Idea of using either the M37/M56 Sport wheels, or the Vossen CV3's. I also ran across some of the newer WORK Varianza's that I like also. 3rd. As a few of the other guys mentioned before, for the price of these wheels, you can get almost anything you want, wheel wise. That is, unless you find a cheap set on EBay or CraigsList or etc...

I just sourced a set of Tein S Tech for my car (for temporary use), and depending on which set of wheels i go with, will determine if the D2 coilovers will be next or the BBK. for the Vossens to look good, It's almost essential that you go with a BBK.

Got these 20" TSW's last week. Traded a guy straight up for my stock 18's. 20's have Nitto 555 tires with about 85% tread left on them.
I like them, prob gonna plastidip the polished bits this week. Tanabe springs are going on tomorrow.
