I think I may have a solution to the whole Canadian post and customs being the culprits of most of the damage being done to the lights. Now this is just an idea, and it may just work if someone is willing, but…..

Is there anyone that lives on the US side of the border that is close enough that its like an hour or so drive (maybe less, i have no idea how far it is) to Brandon’s place? If so that person could drive up, get the lights, drive back to the US and ship the lights from their local package delivery place. This way it would eliminate the stupid Canadian Post AND the retarded customs people from touching our precious lights. I for one would be willing to pay for gas for someone to make a 2hr round trip to get my lights, rather than getting them and having to ship them back to Brandon because customs tore them apart.

I don't think this could work out... 20+ 2 hours trips and having to wait trough the border...

just pack it REALLY TIGHT with LOTS OF FOAMY stuff and invest in good cardboards.

I don't really think this is the place for this - calling out a mod in a forum publicly isn't a great idea...public ridicule isn't going to get this anywhere...

It's a giant facepalm. lol.
this hasn't been the place for any of it... none of it should be on the forum, but to post that message on the forum about everyone requesting a refund is obsurd... PERIOD!

I find it hard to believe that any other NICo moderator would send an email telling everyone to ask for refunds of their deposits, knowing that the deposits have already been used to purchase parts for the retrofit.

Again, Brian, I have nothing against you, I just hate the way you handle situations as a moderator. Its not so much what you do as how you do it... I think both Brandon and yourself would have been better served keeping this out of NICo (yes I know Brandon started it by posting his email to you, but to get everyone else riled up that has money invested in this is just WRONG on your part.... ) you need to find a better way to communicate to the forum members instead of revving everyone up and then sitting back and hoping that the situation doesn't implode... that should NOT be the job of a moderator and this is the second time you've created a rift Brian... youcan't do that as a moderator dude!
What do you expect, its LBC. Its not like its the first time he's gone overboard with his privaledges. just do a general search on his posts, he's too into himself and thinks he's ALWAYS correct until enough people prove him wrong.

I got my lights 2 weeks ago and I love them. I'm just waiting foran HID fog light kit so I can take pictures of the car and post it up. My lights came with NO problems at all. Brandon had GREAT communication with me at all times on update to the lights. I stand behind him and the work he does. The lights came out the same exact way I wanted and better then my expectations. to Brandon for the Headlights.

Actually you will get pulled over during the day as well, because your turn signals, parking lights and in canada daytime running lights are all integrated into your headlights. you can not drive an automobile without turnsignals on public streets.

If his car is 3.5 then he can use his mirrors as turn signals.

Ok guys before i send out the lights you need to send in your final payment as ive had to chase a few people for money after getting the lights and its not really cool. so from now on guys i need the final payments once i show you the finished product and before i send it out

Guys heres my rant for today, ive gotten 2 seperate lights in the past 2 days and had to pay import charges on them, even if youve had an order sent back to me i shouldnt be covering the import charges as there shouldnt be any if you guys mark them down right. i got charged 200 from ups just a second ago and 2 days ago i got charged 33 bucks for this, if i have to cover these fees theres no point in me even doing the lights as it basically eats any profit i make from these.
