So your lights came with issues, and before even getting a fully functional set back that you are pleased with, you are saying he does good work?

Brian man, the angel had issue because of shipping and maybe the fact that the angel eyes were a bad batch, before he shipped them he tested the angeleyes and they worked, but when I got them they were de-gased maybe because of a bad seal on the neons from the factory or because of handling abuse by canada post that caused the gas to leak from them. one lit up partially and the other was significantly less bright. that is no way brandon's wrongdoing and he is changing them for free.

let's not try to blame brandon for no reason now, if it was his fault I would have said it. but he would have fixed it for free anyways.

I know you have probs with the way brandon does stuff, but he has delivered what no one could, and at a great price. now he is working hard to give us what we want, and he won't stop until we are satisfied by what we get

Based on the information i have received, and the way that he had posted "not updating threads" and "email me for info"

I had to step in and let the parties involved know that I am watching this VERY CLOSELY and I will not be satisfied until every last member involved is satisfied.

Brandon brought this upon himself by repeatedly attempting to circumvent NICO protocol that is ONLY in place to protect the members.

MY ONLY INTEREST IN THIS IS PROTECTING THE MEMBERS INTERESTS AND ENSURING THEIR SATISFACTION WITH THE FINAL OUTCOME.

As an approved NICo fabricator, I too have had folks have issues with a few of my products.and in each case, I simply had them ship them back to me, and have offered to fix them for free. From my understanding, Brandon has done the same thing. I really wish this whole thing had stayed off NICO, and in the hands of the BUYER and SELLER.. not NICO MODERATOR. To send a blanker email to everyone that has purchased lights from Brandon telling them, to ask for a refund is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG... I'm severly disappointed Brian and honestly, I feel your moderator privaleges are once again being abused!!!!!

This is some bull $hit drama going on hear. There isn't supposed to be drama hear. I woke up happy this morning knowing it was halloween and I get to party with a bunch of drunk half naked sluts later. But now I have gotten a number of crazy emails, this thread is blowing up, and everyone has come out guns blazing today.

also thank you for the guys that are standing behind me, ive only tried to do the best for this forum with new products and going out of my way to try and get you guys parts like carbon fiber, coil overs and what not, i never wanted any bad blood between anyone. i drive an altima coupe and use this forum all the time, the last thing i would want is to screw everyone over. i dont want to loose my business license and dont want to loose alot of the friends ive made on here.

Everyone makes mistakes - people from both ends need to calm down. It appears that Brandon is willing to repair what is broken, and has no intentions of hitting the highway with your money. Brian stepped in for protection of our members because the previous is certianly something that could happen.

Lets all take a deep breath, count to 3, and start over.

Brandon is making headlights, and will take care of any problems that arise. Lets go from there.
