So guys I really hate to say this but my car is overheating once again . So i changed the radiator, thermostat, rad cap, upper hose, coolant flush like a thousand times, bled the air out, compression on all 4 is 160. So i dont know why it keeps overheating. I know the problem though... I keep accumulating air in the coolant after everytime i bleed it when i drive it there is always a s*** ton more air. I thought it could be a leak but wouldnt that also lose coolant and not just suck in air?

headgasket... thats what mine was doing. i bled it and two blocks later it would fill w/ air... then i bled it again and it would get air again. compression test shows ok so u might wanna try a leakdown test?

Hey pyro when you changed your head gasket how did you keep the timing chain tight so you didnt mess it up? Did you use a screwdriver or had someone hold it for you?

it was a two man process to remove the head and i had a certified mechanic locked in my garage... i fed him pizza and he did my headgasket while i cleaned parts... i held onto the camshaft while he mark and unbolted the chain gears and he kept everything together

Yea it def is a two man job... I got everything thing off and on fine but i think i screwed up the upper timing chain bolt by either or torqueing or cross threading and now it turns relatively easily. I'm hoping its just the bolt so that i can replace that and not have any more problems
