I plan on coming if the date is set right!!! I need to find a SOHC head cheap!!! Drop it on my car, get insurance then Iam ready to go!!!!!

I sure as hell hope my car won't blow up the day before this meet... The last Fredricksburg one you guys talked about my head gasket went the day before.... sucked ***.

If you set a date and everything I'll probably be able to go. No matter what date it is I'll have to take off work so I don't really care which one it is.

Anyone near Gloucester/Newport News/Williamsburg? If so, we could follow eachother up or something.

Okay, Who's up for a BBQ or hangout later in the day before we head to the lot (which is at night)? I just wanna know, because since me and Nissanrcer240 are in the area, we could scope out some places for the meet. I know a couple months back, there was a DSM meet down in Spotsylvania. I'll see where they had their BBQ, and that'll give us some ideas. Right now I'm thinking Old Mill Park....if anything, a friend suggested to me that we could have the BBQ at the lot. We could just show up a little early so the Fredericksburg ricer vultures don't hog in on our hotdogs and burgers. Or, we can charge those ricers for our food, that way some of us can get some gas money for the ride home.

So what's up? Anyone wanna do the BBQ thing (afternoon), or just meet at the lot (night), or do both? I'm up for both.

s14kaibigan, i know you told me but what car do you drive again(color, exterior mods, etc. so i can spot you) also your name too...im not too familiar with the Fredericksburg area as far as parks and stuff, so what ever you suggest would probly be good, like i said though, even it we dont do a bbq we still should meet up somewhere outside of the lot so we can all ride in together;)

as for a BBQ........

its been done this year...but it was raining on that day and lucky we had a pavilion. If you want a BBQ......plan right now and see what will happen. Also I will if THAT is the plan....try to post on http://www.midatlantic240SX.com unless you want me to make a post on there. :thinker

Ok, I went out today looking at some parks, and I've found two potential candidates. I actually looked at 4 today, but one has a $20non-county fee and the other we would have to walk a distance to get to the pavilion...both I decided could suck it. The other two I have to call about to find out the price and details of. I'll keep everyone updated. I've never planned any sort of meet like this before, so don't get pissed at me if its a little rough (planning and acquiring).

Nissanrcer240-I was the one at the lot with the black 95 that had the gold pinstriping (which is coming off soon). I've got Enkei RSF-2 wheels and a bra on front covering the ugly rock chips on my bumper. I'm too poor to get my bumper painted so the Lebra is staying for now. I'm heading to the lot this friday if the weather is nice, and if 95kouki is up for it I'll be heading up to the lot in Rockville on Sat with him.

yeah, I can meet up with you on Friday. And on Saturday, I can meet up with ya up north if you're working. Man, I hope it doesn't rain this weekend. I'm getting really sick and tired of it.

240dreams- I see you're from Woodbridge. Where do you ride around mostly? I'm from Stafford, but I work up in Woodbridge. This friday, if the weather is agreeable, I'm going to be heading down to a weekly meet in Fredericksburg if you wanna roll down with me. 95kouki says he's going if the weather is good, but I think he's just saying that in case one of his many women call him up. Oh yeah, anyone else in the area is more than welcome to come to the lot in Fredericksburg any friday and sat night. If you wanna meet up, just let me know.

Yeah, we can all pitch in like $5-10 to help you cover the cost of the food and pavilion.... well, at least I think we should...

I hope to have my car back soon, but I plan on looking for a '97 or '98 240sx and hopefully buying one in the end of July, so maybe I'll have that to bring. If not, the '93 should make it ; )

But yeah, it all sounds pretty good so far, I'm always interested when you bring food into it ; )

I am down for the Fredricksberg meet. Just get a firm date set and I will make sure I can get down there. Sounds like it could be fun.

Once everything is finalized, I'm going to post on many boards...midatlantic/zilvia/fa/240forum... as for helping out with the cost of renting the pavilion, that is greatly appreciated. I was thinking that everyone that is coming should bring food/drinks. That was how it was at the MD BBQ in May, and that turned out really well. The pavilions I'm trying to price out are about $60, so that means if 30 people show up, its only going to be $2. Everywhere I'm shooting for doesn't charge for parking on weekdays, which is nice. I feel that everyone should be able to come, as long as they are in some way involved or friends with someone involved with 240sxs. I really don't want the local ricers to come by and start sh1t like races and grubbing on our food. I'm open to the idea of other Nissans coming if no one has a problem with it.

I'll have to bring someone along, since it's a pretty fair ride, especially if i dont have a cd player in by then. things get awfully quiet. Ill bring $10 to help with the cost. it looks like about 20 people are interested in coming(give or take a few). and thats only on this board. July 25th right, lets finalize that please.

s14kaibigan- I live off of Hoadly road, near the Ferlazzo building, 10-15 minutes from the Potomac Mills. I cruise down the parkway all the time. Do you have a green SR'ed s14? I saw one the other day(damn rare). This weather sucks its storming right now and sorry, I have to work Friday night.

that sounds good. where is the pavillion place. Nissan Pavillion? sike, that would be beast. July 25th is an awful long time. I cant wait. When I started this thread, I didn't expect to get this much attention. I originaly wanted to meet up at some little mall parking lot or something. I dont want everyone to see my little POS 240 with funny rattling noises. JK I'm very proud of my ride.

the Green S14...sounds damn familiar to me. Do the plates say Nismo13? If so, I know who you're talking about. But unfortunately, no that wasn't me. I've got a black s14 with the stock KA. I was looking to get a BBQ on the 25th of July. That's what I've been trying to reserve anyways. SO JULY 25th will be the meet...I still gotta call about some places...I found more options. "Pavilion" is just what I was calling the building wherever we have our meet. It's going to be in July, so I would think that everyone would like to be in the shade and not directly under the sun.

I know Jed's car was once green...but now he painted it flat black. BTW.....I drive a busted green(???) S14.
