sorry I missed your post when you first made it.

Not with this car I got the vert cause it was a good deal. It will be a hard top for the project.

BTW, Nistech, I'm in Half Moon Bay. That Z event sounds fun, but man 8am in Blackhawk when you live in Half Moon Bay and sleep only 4 hours per night during the week is pretty painful. Anyone on this thread know if I can show up at say 2:00pm and still see what is going on (I'd skip entering my 84', it would needs tons of work before it would win anything anyways).

You would have to contact them through their point of contact to find out for sure , but I imagine its an all day event.

Steve honestly I am not planning on doing this swap for awhile so i am in no rush to get the trans if you want to wait till another time I am cool with that. I do want the trans and I wont flake on ya. My wife as you saw has those"last minute plans" as well..lol If you want to do it saturday night thats cool or even monday as I am off for memorial day. Up to you. The trans is going to go from sitting in your garage to sitting in mine for awile as my auto is working just fine for now.

Sold my 240 the other day and bought a 90 "Super Q45" the same day since my other 90 just died. So I guess that makes me the only Q owner to register here so far

I got $2800 for the 240. I paid $500 for it back in Feb and put about $1100 into it. I turned around and bought the Q for $2600. I think I came out pretty good huh? zerothread?id=100487
