The top of the line G50 chasis Nissan President coexisted with Y33 until 2001. Y33 chasis was never intended to be Nissan flagship chasis in JDM land. They didn't changed the body style for over 10 years for their President lines, just like how Rolls Royce/Bentley, Toyota's top of the line Century never changed for very long time. The latest update to President was F50 chasis which now shares with JDM Cima line.

The Toyota is nice but the style just doesn't suit me.(V12 would be nice though )

I think it just died due to the lack of enough demand for the specific item. He had 90-93 kit from Impul but only 4-5 people have shown interest and other 4-5 people (including myself) wanted 94-96 kit. It seemed that he wanted at least 12 people for them to make mold and start producing the kits.I dont' have any contact information, but I think his screen name was shineautousa or something.

thanks that sucks dont really want to drop 3 to 4 gs to buy a kit but love is love its just going to take longer whaa. these cars are cool though im likin the crome under door trim see ya

That is one refined auto... too bad they dont make them LH drive. Why are we treated like red headed step childern by some of the best auto makers in the world

They do, its called a Q45

Just a different front-end/trunklid and interior/exterior trim.

Chassis is still a G50, just a few more letters before the "G", and the motor is still a VH45DE.(I'm not sure if they ever put the VH41DE in the President)
