I PERSONALLY THINK ACTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN LONG AGO BEFORE IT GOT OUT OF HAND BUT THAT IS ME. I DUNNO I REALLY WANTED TO BELIEVE CAMERON AT FIRST BUT AS TIME WNET ON THIS PROGESSED AND ITS ALMOST LIKE HE IS PUTTING IT OFF AND PUTTING IT OFF UNTIL HIS BACK IS TO THE WALL. The only thing that offends me is the fact that Cameron is trying to make it look like he is the hero and everyone else is saying these things for no reason. He makes it look like I am the bad guy because I am the one who is asking the questions and I never bought anything form him. The fact is that he bought the headlamps from the clip I bought before I ever saw them, I told him to take the grille also and he screwed me on the price, it took 3 weeks to get my money and he promised some "technical knowledge of the swap" I dont think he is trust worthy or truthful. He ended up getting the fenders and hood also by trading with the guy I bought my clip from and I never gave the ok for that. I put the supplier through hell and mad ehim pay for those parts also. Cameron is a user and abuser.

i don't think the problem that people have with you has anything to do with a website. It most likely has to do with you calling your customers cowards.If you want to defend yourself, just post what really happenned in a detailed thread, and then others can post what happenned as well. This website and forum are usefull because people can share ideas and experiences. If multiple people in this forum are having problems with you or your business or anyone's business, then they have every right to post about whats happenning, so that the rest of us can be warned about dealing with unsavory companies. If i got ripped off by a company, i would want everyone to know what happenned. thats what forums are for. So not posting here because you think that NICO sucks is just stupid. If you want to run away, and not disscuss what really happenned, and hope people will stop talking about you (which they obiously won't) just say so.

I was very upset with Venus when they sent me a bum trans with my 20, but after some calls they sent me another trans and it worked out fine. I would consider buying from them again because they were willing to take care of my problem without much fuss.

Here is part of my offical statment...I have more to add after you read it.

On the dates from 1/10-2/19 2003 I visted Camerons Website for info onpurchasing the engine. I was in contact with him on AOL IM a nubmer oftimes between those dates. On 1/30/2003 I sent a paypal transaction in theamount of $200 to [email protected] transaction # ID #4UH49339HR052822Kfor a down payment. The money was sent to the company that he asked me todo so he could receive a set of wheels for his car. On 2/19/2003 I sent acheck (#209) in the amount of $3000 through US postal service. I usedPriority mail service with a DeliveryConfirmation #: 0302 2940 0001 1885 5309.The check was cashed on 2/25/2003.On 4/21/2003 I sent a Money order through US postal service in the amountof $400. The money order is a Western Union money order with a #06704570311Once all the money was recieved Cameron never sent out my engine like hetold me he was going to do. It's over 3 months since the last payment wassent and He has failed to send out my engine. For the last 2 monthsContacting him is next to impossible. He will not answer his phone orrespond to emails. In addition to me there are 5 other who are in the samesituation across the country. I have added the total up for all of us andit come to over $20,000Description of how you were defrauded:After all payments where received from me Cameron failed to send outmy engine.

The number of peope is more like 8-9 not 5. Anyways the deal we had was that when the clip came in I was to send cameron the money for the clip for I had sent him $200 (as a deposit) and the remander would be paid once the clip arrived to him. So Cameron sent me a picture of the clip when it suposively came and and I sent the check out. Once he received the check he told me that he didn't like the quality of this clip and he was going to get a better one from a new and better suplier. Since that point it's be just a bunch of bull siht. After that point I should have gotten a plane ticket out to WA and get the money back in person as someone else was able to do that succusefully. But eveyone I asked for advice on him said not to worry about it. So now we are here in November and still nothing has been solved at all even though we can contact him he hasn't done a thing to prove himself. There is much more I would like to say about him but I will save it for a later time. Jon....Thank you for standing up to him and questioning him.

I remember bashing him all over the 240 forums and I got heat for it. He even called me at m,y home one day at his request I gave him my number and we talked for at least an hour. Like tow school girls. I even bought into the whole I am fixing it. I even went back and deleted all my old post (well as mnay as I could before the editing timer went out). Then I read the same old BS and cant say anything because he is a sponsor. I would gladly give NICO some money in exchange for me being able to speak out on ****. Sponsor or not the dude is a ****ing RIP. He told me so much gangster ****......sometimes it isnt a crook that will rob, it is the unsuspecting guys. Tried to sell me one of his busted *** 300zx's....I didnt want that ****. HE told me ALL about the business and dropped bombs on me like I wouldnt believe. How Mckinney gets the best clips from venus and then marks up the prices....EVEN if they DID do that, I could accept that because they actually know their ****. I have talked to them once and they seemed very knowledgable. Helped me out and I would vouch and recommend from them...everyone agrees tat they are a bit pricey but hey they provide a good product. You can knock venus and whom ever else, but if they are providing A CLIP, it is better than NO clip. I feel like a fool now. It seemed like everything was in order. Oct something they were supposed to be here right....when I was talking to him he talked more about how he got beat out or didnt get fair consideration for a "job" as the RB moderator. Are you kidding me...you into people for 30G's and you are *****ing about not being a ****ing moderator or how Mckinney got the RB26 swap done with twin turbos before you. LOL. It was **** like that that made me question him. He used to get mad at me because I would tell people that his quality wasnt proven so he couldnt use that as leverage over someone say Venus or that most places didnt offer swap help. But when you send a big-arse chunk of money to someone without doing your homework, that makes you an idiot. Plain and simple. Don't look around for someone to blame - That's between you and the business owner.

We are volunteers, investing our TIME and MONEY to give people a sandbox to play in (and a damn nice one) and this is the type of crap that gets posted?

Let me make this very clear - If you don't like it here, no one's forcing you to stay. But we are going to do what we can, and that's offer people a forum to share information. If you have done business with Cam, you're welcome to share information and contact other members. But I WILL NOT allow petty crap like this to damage NICO - We've worked too hard and come too far.

No, i think what 93 is saying that he became a sponsor AFTER all this crap started. Not one expects you or AZ or any other admin/moderator to keep your money safe. I think what he is saying is that he was able to become a sponsor AFTER ripping people for their money. I see both sides. THis forum offers great info and the community as a whole is awesome...hell I still come here and I dont even own a Nissan anymore.:ylsuper , but it wont last on good intentions. At the same time, he askign why was he allowed to be a sponsor in the first place...hence the quote money talks, BS walks....at least that is my understanding of his comments
