I was going to say ummm Spec Vs run low 15s all day long and it is a Sentra. And the new Altimas run in the 14s also so they would take a 240 easily also unless it is modded with Forced induction. Sorry I jumped in late on this discussion.

I didn't seem to have a problem holding my own on the way to BG in October. OneFastStanza has me on video on a WOT blast down I-65 at 100+. I wouldn't want to put money on a drag race though, at least not right now.

Yep. High 15's with my subs and heavy-a.ss toolbox in the trunk. We can set up a 240 showdown to see who's got the quickest. Naturally, the turbo 240's will have their own class, and Red can run his NAWWWWWWSSS here too. I can set this up as soon as I know who wants to be in on it. This way we can have it organized and see who is truly the top dawg. I can set up everyone else too and then have a showdown to see who is the baddest NICO member there! Won't that be a freakin' hoot! :bshake

I know it's still a ways off, but it'll get here quickly. If we want to get serious about it we can each put up a little $ or pitch in a couple bucks for a prize(s). No big money though, maybe equivalent to a meal at Taco Bell or something. What do you guys think?

Look into that Vigilante torque converter and I can almost guarantee you'll make it past that.

C.s240 - So all honda boys are rice boys now and know nothing... i like that... you know what not only will i put money on my little honda beating what ever you have (judging by the impressive 15.7 or 15.1 (i realize this is a differnt person) spraying you guys thought was so great), but i garantee you i know more about 240's than you do... don't judge people by what they drive you shmuck.

What did that ka-t run, how many lbs? or what has it run? there is a dude up here in NKY that is running 11lbs and only hitting 14.8's... i'm not a real believer in the ka ever since that super street artical about the 400whp one, and then i saw this guy run. How much is invested in that car's motor? A sr20det , w/ front mount 2.5 catback and 3' down pipe at stock 7lbs hits 14.3's. why not just go for the SR? Never-the-less that car looks great, and its prolly pretty decent on the e-way.

Regardless, if C.s240 represents how you all treat honda boys, then you guys are in for a very rude awaking at the next meet. its gonna suck that at the next nissan meet the fastest car was a honda. Oh and of course i'll be taging behind one or two sr20det's. have a nice day, neat little thing you got going on here.

I don't own a honda, never plan to own a honda. Hense, I do not go to honda message boards. See a pattern? And I guarentee you if I went to a honda or toyota board and said "Hi I own a nissan and it's great, I don't own a honda though." I would get flamed beyond imagination. Stop trying to act like you're the victim when you come here, a board you don't even belong at, and then get mad when someone spouts off a slur about another car company and it's buyer group. And no, not all "honda boys" are rice boys, but the vast majority are. And I have yet to find the logic in making a civic fast. The car was never ment to be fast, it was ment to be an affordable economy car, but because of a movie *which shall remain nameless* and several magazine articles everyone and their uncle's sister's brother's dog's baby owns one. Nevermind the part where it tells you it cost the person 20k to get the car into the 11's.

Please go back to your own cult and leave ours alone. If you don't like the things we say, then just leave. Don't feel like you have to defend your "honda boy" rights here, because you have none. You have your own forum, go to it.

FYI Ive talked to several people about renting out Beech Bend for a day and all 3 said that they got screwed by the owner/manager. One time the owner booked 2 dif groups for the same day and then didnt geive any rebates or refunds!Sounds like a raw deal.

was this the statement he said well if you don't know why he said that why don't you check the article Initial S in the October issue of Import Tuner on page 42 now in the first paragraph of the article it talks about this car which is a s14 and it talks about how he didn't go the usual route of the jdm face lift so too speak well if the editors and writers of this magazine know anything about nissan they would have known that he left it stock and didn't switch to a 97-98 front end which is the s14a........

Now that statement was geared toward the direction of the editors and the main readers of that magazine which are people that drive HONDAS.

Now with that out of the way I have no doubt that there are some guys in this world that can hand me my *** in a honda i have been beaten by a honda before I was not pissed it was a race may the better man or better car win

Ever been to superhonda.com, go in there and tell everyone that you have a nissan, more power to ya, everyone will say. What does it matter what i'm doing here i had a 240 until a little run in with a ford. maybe next time you guys should make you cruise in, get together, shin-dig whatever, up here where some honda boys can show you how to really build a nissan. 2-sr20det's 1991, 94 both with s13's. And its a shame that my car, not built for racing is running faster than everyone at your meet with just I/H/E. Maybe next time hu..

Oh and about the turbo ka. His wastegate was stuck open so he could only boost to about 4 psi. I think he was running low-mid 15's. Happy now? good, stop asking!
