I think it was cnichols who told me he's trying to sell his white s14. My apologies if I got your name wrong man! Anyways, check out the pics from the latest KY meet and look for a white S14, you should be able to see it there.

Yes...I was speeding, and he got me for reckless op. cuz I changed lanes too fast? whatever. He wrote on the ticket.."was approaching traffic at high rate of speed"..and I thought to myself...I was approaching everything at a high rate of speed, heh. But I'll get over it, sorry to hear the man got you too Robbie. that sucks. Thanks to everyone for complimenting my car, I think every car there was nice...but I really like those green S14s :D

i love my green s14 :D your car looks so amazing w/ the rims and the color of the car combined. they just go soooo perfect together. wow, i love it. i think yours is only like the 1st or 2nd 240 i've seen in that color, so that was a first for me to get to look at one up close. i really liked it

i got my pictures back tonight everyone. alot of them are pretty good i guess. it just kinda sucked since some of the pics i wanted i had to take in the dark, and even w/ the flash they didn't turn out that good. but i'll try and get them scanned in and up on the boards by tomorrow. robbie, i still kinda wish i had put two of your stand rims on the back of my car robbie. i think that mighta helped a little.

Hey everyone...good news...buying a new KA TOMORROW..45K miles for $500 in town...so no shipping. That hooker is going in either this Sat. or the weekend after!!!!!

That's right...the Blue Beast will actually be fully functional and put together by the next meet. Hopefully, I'll have mastered the AVC-R by then and installed the nitrous kit from the white one for a little shot of Nitrous to get me off the line...and slicks of course. I'm shaking all over just thinking about it...no wait...that's just because I'm sitting here typing in my underwear and it's like 65 degrees in here...nevermind.

Oh...for those of you looking for a great performance mod for a decent price...Robbie and I were discussing this today on AIM...get a new Ring & Pinion set for your rear end. Nissan Motorsports makes 4.36 and 4.63's I think. They're a little pricey (approx. $500) and will hurt your gas mileage most likely, but probably the single best mod you can find besides a turbo. I'm debating it....but, first things first.

One last thing...Carlos, where did you get your front end and spoiler? I know the spoiler was Bomex...what about the front end?

Sorry I didn't make it down to the meet guys. I had a surprise B-Day party for one of my friends come up so I had to settle for going to the LS meet and the pre-meet. It kinda sucks though cause I wanted to see the Spec in the 14s :( Ahh well, I am sure i would have had a hell of a time hooking up anyhow with it being so cold. I will try to get the pics from teh pre-meet posted soon though and the pics from our last meet :oface

at the time i didn't really think about how it might have helped. but now that i think about it, that was stupid for me not doing that. that extra rubber woulda helped alot! i spun off the line a little bit a couple of times. its from that automatic transmission power baby! lol

Me and Cold_Zero (2 s13's) were flogging Maximas and Altimas at a dealership up here that day, otherwise there would have been two more at the meet.

Heh, yeah my S13 might be beat to hell and back but by God it broke 15's :D

And yes Repo I'm stock, all I have is a cone-style filter, a 300z fuel filter, and some of that ba 5w-40 oil valvoline oil :D Hopefully by the next meet I'll have the front end fixed. I'm thinking about tearing my TB off here in a minute and giving it a good cleaning.

Good idea on the tb. I need to do that too. I also need to figure out why the hell you have a faster trap speed than I do given that I have mods.

what i'm trying to figure out is how these little sentra's and altima's are running better times than me, even if i am auto  i mean its cool, i think its awesome that they are fast, at least some of nissan's cars are. they left the 240 out of the gene pool for speed i guess. the small 4door cars may have less power, but they are light, so i guess thats how. 240's are *kinda* heavy, and have NO power at all. so i can see how that is happening

Hey Ben, the 240's are fast, just faster in diff. areas. The lighter cars have the advantage on the drag strip, but if we get them on the highway, its not the same story then. Thats where our torque comes into play, esp. being throughout the whole powerband basically. Certin cars are fast on the drag strip and slow on regular roads, and some are the oppisite. Then you have a car sometimes that is both. ;)

I should mention though. The spec v's will destroy us either way, lol. Regardless where we are.

Hey, I'm a new guy, I now own an s14 and will be coming to any future meets, but I used to own a TTZ.

I went to a z meet near dayton... there are a ton of guys in cincy. There were like 35 z's there.

I could probably get some of them to come to a 240 meet.

that would be cool.

maybe we should all plan a huuuge meet and if we promise the track a minimum attendence we could have Beech Bend all to ourself!

I think our spring meet will be even more successful than our previosu ones (if thats possible).

And as usual I will bring lotsa NICO stickers and a raffle prize:angel

Fred....:)
