edit: btw ive been to other 240/nissan forums who dont have filters. they curse as much as we do which is not a lot. I think teh filters just provoke us to use profanity more often than we should. Kinda like the speed limit thing in europe. O wait they dont have speed limits

I'm gonna laugh when y'all get banned. Who am I kidding, I am laughing now. Unlike Hitman, you are amusing me.

Personally, I work in public service, so I cuse like a sailor. But we don't need it here. Even though I have cursed here. Us that have, should be ashamed of our selves. There are younger and more easily influenced people on here. And some people just don't want to hear/see the profanity.

I usually play devil's advocate, but not this time. It just isn't needed.

Europe has speed limits, and even the famed autobahn has streches of road where speed limits are inforced.

We only email those that got out of hand.. blatant disregard for forum respect just leads to you being banned.

Even though all Admins have the (rarely used) ability to ban, we sometimes have different policies on how we use them.

I don't HAVE to contact anyone. A simple press of the button and the nonsense stops.

Actually the Autobahn now has more areas with speed limits than ones without.

Getting banninated would suck, since the vast majority of other forums I've ever visited can't even begin to compare with this one. I recently deleted a thread of mine because one of the mods took slight issue to it, and I don't want to take chances.

Point being: NICO isn't like women, you can't just whip out some good cheese, flowers, and a bad chick flick and get out of the dog house.

I wish that I had read this thread much sooner than today but I've been so busy. It amazes me at the lack of respect that some of the people posting here have for our owners and supporters. A lot of time, money and effort goes into making your freedom to read and post about Nissans or whatever subject possible on this forum. Just because we can talk about practically anything here doesn't give anyone the right to be blatantly disrespectful, childish or rude. It's a shame that some half brained kid would rather stir crap up than to enjoy the forum that they have access to. Maybe you should go to one of those *other* forums and enjoy your ability to post p0rn and profanity. I guarantee that the heart that goes into this family isn't present on those other boards. I'll go out on a limb and say you've probably never been to a sanctioned NICO event or met Greg(AZHitman). Because if you had at some point and time, I just don't see how you could act as such on here. Sit back and rethink what you have before stirring up trouble and getting yourself banned. This is more than just some car forum. To a lot of us, it is a tight knit group of family and/or friends. You are probably to young or immature to realize what is really here.
