Keep in mind tisarrck was noticed at the same time it was happening by an Admin.We are very vigilant here.Other sites would have been offline for weeks.

Typically, with IT resources you get billed for the time it takes to work on your system. The billing process may be different between Teksolvers than Accenture (which I am familiar with) but you pay for the work that they do.bud

thats stupid. Its not your fault you got hacked. Thats really stupid you have to pay. Unless you have 100% control of a server i don't think you should have to pay.

I say the guy is a doofus for hacking NICO, congrats. You hacked a car forum that barely anyone in the USA knows about. If you want to hack something big go hack MSN.com and see how microsoft and the feds respond to that.

Eventually you will be getting a letter in the mail from the FBI if you continue to hack. The FBI is cracking down on people that continue to hack. I know numerous people from indonesia that **** their pants when they got a letter from the FBI.

its available, just not on the windows update site. its buried in the support site.

i can link to it, but you might want to wait until its available on windows update because WU will only send you the portions of it that you need. if your up to date, it will be around 70 MB. the entire package is 270 something MB.

im going to slipstream it into my copy of Win XP Pro corporate, and do a format/install tomarrow.

Fred, Our paranoia is warranted. We've gotten hacked twice by a middle eastern group, and someone comes up and tells us right after it happens that they know how to stop it. Sorry, but that doesn't fly with me.

BTW, I don't hate you dragonwing, I don't know you. But my suspicions are aroused all the same.
