I am having a hard time on deciding what color to paint it, so thats gonna be the hardest part of the whole project!!

Red- too many cars in FW that are that color.

Black- One 240 vert in town already black.

Flo Blue- looks kinda weird on a vert.

Metallic green- ah not bad.

Sliver w/ hood, A-pillars, and trunk black- leaning heavily towards this.

Idk tho, once I paint it ill post some pics.

I'm surprised no one else caught this... that "trunk scoop" is the third brake light. which is mandatory. the dumbass that owned this (once) beautiful vert must have put that on the trunk when he decided to ditch the factory spoiler (with built in brake light) for the hideous supra style wing you see in the pics.

idiots.

Nice find though, I'm glad you decided to save that poor thing.

Rellik27-- Yeah man you pretty much got it... Just pulled back the brake lines, masked them off, masked off the windshield wiper motor, cleaned everything, then very VERY carefully primed the firewall, the proceeded on to paint just some white gloss paint, and then threw everything back in!! oh and i just used a spray can.

Heres a little update on what got done tonite....

Fenders getting worked over

This quarter is soooo messed up! finally starting to look normal agian!

I have a bunch of misc. dent to get rid of.

Oh and i gave a whack at a paintshop chop... turned out really good!! HAHA

keep up the good work! Looks like ur de-ricing the vert! No one wants to see a perfectly good vert as a ricer. That would be just wrong. I can't wait for you to paint the car

thumbs up.

What kind of rattle can is that? DupliColor? I've always liked the idea of a white bay. Or possibly battleship grey...mmm....

Anyway, good job on the de-ricing. Since you're into bodywork, why not attempt a s14 3rd brake light on the coupe?

never seen it done.

Nice work my friend!!!

Looks a million times better than the old version.

What other plans for the future???Some better offset wheels perhaps? Actually some spacers on the rears might just do it.

engine stuff?

Great project.. keep up the great work!
