what is the "hot" wire inside?

When you slice off the controller, theres little wires inside.. remember which are pos/neg?

black is the 12VDC hot

the other three are negative (splice together those three to get all the leds on)

ok so lazyness fully set in and i completley forgot about installing these...

I cut the box off, spliced the red/blue/white together (ground) and the black wires (hot) together...

Now to power them, i am going to run a wire to the battery(fuse needed? relay?), thru the firewall, and to the trunk pop area...

I have a Ozium switch, and i connect that hot battery wire to 3, the black (hot led wires) to 2, and a ground to 1.

And im in business?

im pretty interested in this mod, so here i am reviving this post. anyone got the pictures or video on how to install this cause i have no clue on how to connect wires and such.

where could i get this done for me cuz after reading all that i still have no clue what the hell is goin on hahaha

mayb i could bring the parts to the meet and someone could help me with these

if i could wait that long ...
