Woah, no need to be an ***hole. I was just trying to get the TPMS light to go off using materials I had instead of spending extra. I always know my tire pressure because I check it at least once a week

about the bike tire idea
but really, you can only do 1 of 2 things, either shell out the miniscule $50 to get it done right or just live with the light on, i promise its not an alien hypno light that will cause you to crash

TPMS are a joke if you check your tire pressure regularly. I don't need them and the light doesn't bother me. When I was running stock wheels the light came on when the weather was hot and the pressure was too high in one tire. $800 is an insult...period

You could just put a piece of black electric tape over the blinking/ solid light. I mean it's ugly as s*** during the day time but at night it won't bother you. I personally would just get the tpms put in the new rim but that's just me.
