Thanks Irving, and Aphu, I literally cannot find 'BADA bing' LED's anywhere! Could you tell me what size I need and then I can work from there? I really love the idea of LED's everywhere in the car especially license plate and the ones that shine on the ground when you open the door (:

He is right, eBay sellers are hit and miss on quality. You got lucky and didnt have any problems. Better to pay a bit extra for a quality product from someone who will stand behind it.

if you want functional then search on here for what us 2.5ers did...i never had them but there are a few people who custom fit projector fogs in there rather then buying the OEM ones for an arm and a leg

Those rims are nice. I had eibach springs for almost 2 years. Then I got bored and decided to go lower with d2 coils. Learn from other peoples mistakes and go with coilovers the first time. Front lip, tint, tinted tails, and c-mod grill would look good too. For interior LEDs I went to v-leds.com. Either that or superbrightleds.com.

Coils will have to come later then because theyre just a little too far out of the price range atm. Going to get HID's, LED's, then gtr eyelids (bluebats), and tint the windows

Who did? cuz I went to nissan dealership they asked for $800 for the sensors kit. They said my rims were too big for the stock ones.

What size are your wheels? I'm running 19"s and the stock TPMS sensors fit fine, no issues.

:werd: and they should fit your new size rims no prob. I'm running the stock sensors on my 19s. Go to a local knowledgeable shop and they should be able to do it at a small price.

Not sure if serious, but that wont work. They have to read approximately 32 PSI in order for the light to go off and register proper pressure. I believe the spare is somewhere around 50 and I doubt a bike tire is equal to 32.

DJ, you can pump a tire up to any PSI you want bro. Im just pumping up 4 bike tires, sticking the sensors on and tossing them in the space with the spare

How'd you fix that issue DJ? since you're in NJ I might go to w/e shop you went to, to get it fixed. The wheels right now are 20" and the TPMS warning is on. :frown:

I have no idea what the pressure is supposed to be in a bike tire, but if its much less than 32 PSI then you are gong to be loading your trunk with over inflated grenades. If its a lot more than 32 PSI, dropping it to that level may prevent the tire from forming a seal to the rim and you will lose all pressure. If you want to eliminate all your trunk space and add weight to your car with 4 bike tires that may or may not be at risk of exploding at any time, go for it. Your car, not mine. I guess I should mention that I doubt you will be able to do this anyway. Sensors go inside the wheel and tire and they are not small. They might not even fit a bike wheel. Not to mention bike wheels use tubes? Unless Im missing something here? Again Im not sure if you are even serious about doing this but Id personally think up another route.

I didnt fix it, I dont have sensors in my summer wheels. I ride with the TPMS light on in the dash when I have my summer wheels on. Takes a while, but you get used to it.

the stock TPMS will 100% fit in your 18s. All you do is tell them to switch the stock TPMS sensors from your old wheels to the new ones. It shouldn't even be questioned, and they are just trying to rip you off by telling you it cost $800. You can buy a brand new set of TPMS sensors for $100.

Good luck. 32 PSI is safe for any bike wheel (as long as you're not riding on them with normal tubes and tires). But this option is more expensive...

Option 1: Sticking the TMPS in a bike tire will require a tubeless rim and tubeless tire for each. But then the valve interface will likely not be compatible.

Option 2: Standard bike wheels require a tube, tire and rim. You may not easily be able to cut open a tube, remove the valve, and re-seal it around the tpms. But here's the pain in the a** part: tubes will expand without the tire holding it to a certain static volume. Pressure added will cause the volume to increase, effectively decreasing pressure as you pump. So you'll need a rim and tire for each as well (unless you want 4 gigantic exploding surprises taking up your trunk space), and the valve/rim inteface will likely not seat all that well, if at all.

4 tubeless rims and tires will set you back roughly $500. Standard rims, tires and tubes and glue will set you back rougly $100-175 for the parts unless you already have them.

Or, you could either pay to swap the sensors in or just live with the light on.
