I used two 6' strips on my '93... IMO piggys look best with their OEM lip.

If you look closely, you'll notice it's actually 3 pieces: one uncut 6' strip under the bumper and one small piece under each fender, both cut from a second strip I had bought.

So I saw the idea for side skirts using diamond loc, and it caught my interest, so I thought I'd give it a try. I was bored....

I think it turned out pretty sweet, for spending less than 20 bucks and 30 minutes of my time.

Whatcha think??

not feeling the "skirts" at all. looks like those 97 accord ex's that came with a grey piece of plastic for a lip and skirt...but if the owner likes it then thas all that matters.

yeah those skirts look too small to even be noticeable but for a cheap solution, not bad IMO.

Has anyone made the HD lip angle out a little for added downforce? All of the one's I've seen come straight down.

I saw this thread a while back and had to try this. I was was sick and tired of my intercooler peeking out from under the bumper so I gave this a try. I was really suprised how it turned out.

I found mine at Lowes in the home & garden section located outside. I was lucky, I picked up the last two pieces (9ft i think) They didnt have it at HomeDepot or anywhere I checked.. just Lowes.

Yes SE lips are nice but impossible to find and overpriced. And I have seen it online http://www.valleyviewind.com/p....html .. dont know if they sell it from there though.

The lip doesnt look to shabby, the side skirt is pretty weak though. Reminds me of a accord too.

I'm interested in seeing pics of this on a piggy too, someone has to have tried it out by now.

If there aren't pics posted soon I'll test it out and post some, probably in a few days.

Depending on where you live they might stop carrying certain garden equipment as the seasons change.
