If you can find the same one that OP mentioned it shouldn't cost you anymore than maybe $15.

I haven't had any luck finding Diamond Lok or anything similar, but if I can find it before I completely forget about it I'll try it out on my piggy and post some pictures.

Why would this thread die? People are probably more broke now than they were 3 years ago.

I haven't posted here in a while but I was reading through this thread and I couldn't help but notice that nobody has posted pics of a USDM kouki with the HD lip so I thought I'd grace the thread with pictures of my handy work.

Its not perfect but it can be some inspiration for anyone with a kouki who wasn't sure how it would look.

Well if koukis had as many different grill options as zenkis I wouldn't have had to DIY one of my own. And for the record it is mesh for tiling walls. Had it laying around.

It would be possible cuz you can pretty much mold the stuff to any shape but that would be crazy low and you'd probably eventually knock it off.

My lip has only been on my car for a couple weeks and has already taken damage from peoples' driveways and the gravel road I live on and my car isn't even that low. This is also the reason I went with the HD lip instead of the $150+ OEM lip.

That's the best home depot lip I've seen for a usdm S14 kouki. My cheap @ss nephew will be inspired by that.

I'm thinking about molding my OEM pignose lip and then adding Home Depot Lip. Will post pics if I get around to it.

Lower your car and you won't need a lip for your lip, dawg.

What exactly was used for the USDM Kouki? Same exact stuff? because it looks at least a half inch lower and its in 2 pieces and connected at the center

I installed mine. Looks Good and feels good when I scrape n I dont have to worry that the lip is superduper experience and rare. Im missing maybe like 2 or so inches on one side because is not to long, but its ok not a show car.
