For ease of ordering we have recently updated the store page. It now lists ABS and NON-ABS shafts separately. We were asking customers to specify in the comment section of the order page but this makes it much easier for everyone. Thanks, David

And they've gone up in price... people should jump on these quick before prices are compriable to another driveshaft manufacturer.

David as far my issue with the different legnth is there anything that could be done, possibly swap out the one I have for the proper one. I believe I even included in the comments which model I had.

Yeah, I want to know too... I'll probably still get one.

EDIT: ^ You beat me to it. $50? Not too bad of a hike with free shipping.

I'm glad they made a change on their site... The shaft I got was ofcourse too short. I even included I have a non-abs car.

Now my tranmission is leaking and I'm not happy about it. I emailed shaftmasters service tonight just before I've posted this. So I'll see what they will do with the problem.

It was incredibly fast. I got my transmission swapped out and the new driveshaft installed; it fit PERFECT. I didnt weigh it but it is quite a bit lighter than the stock unit. I noticed quite a large difference in response as well.

well worth the money

Stupid question possibly- but do you guys do anything for Transfer Cases and their drive shafts to the rear wheels?

real cute fairies...

I talked to Robert from shaftmasters through email and over the phone trying to trouble shoot my leaky transmission problem. At this point I'm going to do the cheaper easier thing, which is replace my transmission seal. Then go from there

I need to boast about what great customer service this place provides. Robert went above and beyond what I would expect from any online company. Probably the best service from any of the nico vendors I've dealt with.

Good to hear. Our mods go above and beyond to get us some pretty awesome vendors. I had a good experience with IAP when I bought my turbo kit a couple of years ago too.

Thanks Greg and the mod team (you included Dan!)

This is Robert from Shaftmasters. We do offer custom aluminum shafts for $255, but these are minus any transmission or flange yokes. As far as the price increase of fifty dollars, the vendor that we were ordering our 3 inch diameter aluminum tubing from has had it on back order and we had to go to an alternate vendor which is charging us more for it. We always make a effort to find components at the lowest prices to keep the final price reasonable. Robert
