Hey Gregg, go out to your car, and look just above where the clutch pedal would be in your car, I don't think you even have to pull back carpet, there should be what looks like a hole, but with the other layer of sheet metal right behind it. That is your guide hole. All you do is holesaw that out, and there may be a little computer thingy in the way of the pedal. I don't know what it does, I think you can remove it, but I never got the guts to on my car, so I just moved it out of the way. Your pedal will bolt right down right there and the master cylinder will attach on the other side of that under the hood, hard line just runs across and down to where the slave cylinder will bolt to the transmission. Also, crawl up under it and look at your auto shifter assembly. This will have to be removed.
As far as wiring, and the flywheel, maybe someone else can fill in the blanks there, but basically it's no more complicated than a normal removal and replacement of the transmission, clutch, and driveshaft.
If you look at the those things I think you will have a better understanding of how simple it is. It's really simple if you're changing engines at the same time, and that's the only way I've done it, so that's why I don't know if the flywheels are different, or some of the details on the wiring. My car's entire wiring harness was torched so it had to be replaced.
