You are correct, I watched that thread like a hawk. There were several complaints about him and the moment that it was mentioned that they were from Nico the user's were banned, negative repp'ed and/or their posts removed. Zilvia stood up for him and in my opinion helped him scam more people.

Simply put they deleted posts that could have stopped this before it happened. At the very least they could have made some efforts to investigate the allegations further once his name was called into question as a "Zilvia Group Buy Vendor".

And yet again, an "I told you so" is SO appropriate. Even after I spoke with the sales director for Discount Tire Direct, who had NO knowledge of Alec, and said "We don't do deals like that", they STILL defended him.

Alec, I hope you saved some of that money. Your name is forever etched into the permanent record that IS the intarwebz.

There are rules on Zilvia. Those rules were broken. When they tried to go around bending the rules, they got caught and they were banned. They weren't banned because of what they were saying. They were banned because they didn't follow the guidelines that everyone else has to follow.

Haha theres a local guy (east TN) that I could swear after reading the 1st page of this thread that it was him. Tried to screw me for almost a year and a half before I got my stuff from him. Same obviously made up sob stories, same bullcrap, same everything, different guy I guess. The guy im talking about still does business to this day. I quit trying to warn people about him long ago becuase he has a barrage of false online identities and cronies more than willing to get his back with more BS stories of how awesome he is.

Just be careful is all you can do. All it takes is one person who bought a 50 cent air freshener off of them to say their GRRRRREAT sellers and folks wont heistate to give their money away.

yeah this thread has rose from the dead ... i was searching somethings and saw in on the first pg so i thought id throw in my .02...

back in april or may of 06 i sent an overnight MO to Alec for a complete silvia front end. 500.00 he came up with all his lame, sorry *** excuses about why it hasnt been shipped yet blah blah blah ... a year and some months later I get a hold of him on AIM and tell him how much of a prick he is and he says ill send ya some money tomorrow ... so sure enough he did .. sent me 200.00 in an MO

then the other 300.00 was suppose to be here a couple weeks after the first ... have not heard or seen him on AIM since .. and he has the nerve to ask me advice on his car .. I played the nice guy and let him know my opinions but then gone like the wind ...

People are morons, as the old saying goes "theres a sucker born every minute" and these types of folks count on that. But its true, Ive warned people about the guy who tried to run a game on me for them to simply say "well I'll take my chance". No matter how many times they screw someone there will always be 1 person willing to take the chance and it only takes one person being a dumb a$$ for them to get paid.
