if RHD cars had different shift patterns, then we wouldn't be using JDM transmissions with motor swaps >.>

nancy, the job looks very well done and professional so far. did you do it yourself or did you take it to a shop?

and the only practice i've had doing RHD shifting is shifting for a friend when his wife calls while he's driving

i won a bet about that a few weeks ago. he was arguing that getting used to shifting the pattern backwards is hard.......so we argued, then bet, then i won by asking if he had ever seen a jdm shift knob......i win.

jdmnancy, very nice. how about some pics of the rest of the car.......pleeeeeeeeeease...

How hard was it? on a scale of 1-10. I'm planning on buying an S14 when I hit Florida and if I could swap it to RHD right before I come back home and bring it with me that'd be AWESOME! (I drive on the left side of the road for those of you that don't know)

Nice More pics ASAP please. RHD conversion in our cars is a good thing. Helps to balance the weight of the vehicle out since the car was originally designed as a RHD car. Park your car an a flat level surface and you'll see it lean to the left a bit. That's bc there's more weight on that side (full exhaust, turbo if you got one, etc.).

I'm not gonna lie... this is retarded. Why the hell would anyone do something like this? Unless you are a mailman, you really shouldn't have a steering wheel on the right side. You are not living in Japan, so why would you want to inconvenience yourself just to make yourself more jdm? Seriously, I've never seen something so completely pointless in my whole entire life.

You drive on the right side in the USA, not left, so the steering wheel should naturally be on the left. In Japan, they drive on the left. There is a reason for having the steering wheel on the right. Its not like its some performance mod or anything.

I don't see why everyone is so impressed. I bet if it wasn't a girl, everyone would agree with me.
