You know the only thing I would have liked to seen is extending the flare dorr panel a little more, it seems to cut off too soon. I think it would give the lines a longer look if it extended further down the door. Particularly noticeable on the gray version.

I thought about that and even asked my body man his opinoin, but he said it's fine the length it came in, and I trust him so....

yeah so I got my order from Taka Kaira today they sent me the wrong thing! it looks like a carbon fiber rear hatch for a 95 celica I sent them a email expressing how angry I am, now I'll prolly have to wait a month or two for them to get another one to me, I'm hoping they will ship it faster and maybe offer me something free for my troubles.....lol....it was worth a try.

I hope I have better luck this thursday, I'm making a 3 hour drive to Chi town to pick up my MASA vented hood, if I didn't have to clear customs, I would of just had them shipped it to me.

thats funny, I just gave my body man this site so he can look up what people are saying about his work.

here is a pic of the door on, he also fabbed up the front fender so when you look in where the vent is(when the other fender is over it), you don't see the fender brace and frame.we're going to put the coilovers on and drop it after we get the front fenders and bumper on. these pics really don't do the car justice, in person, the car looks much more bad azz!...lol

Takakaira sucks.

their site is only useful to find neat stuff you'd like to own.

To actually order said stuff, always use BulletProofAutomotive or Raretrick. Both take forever, but they're 100% on their game and they can get anything, no matter how obscure.

I was going to go through Raretrick but then the Hurricane hit and he wasn't taking orders, and then when he was, he told me it would be 4-6 months on my hood, I got it in a month 1/2 finding my own shipping company. But don't get me wrong, the guy at raretrick is a cool guy, I once talked to him about cars for over an hour on the phone.

I just found out what happend, their warehouse(in cali) shipped someones hatch to me and my diffuser to them, so they are paying shipping for us to switch them, so I should get it by next week.

thanks guys!

when it's out of the shop, I will upgrade the brakes, and we will be putting some sort of mesh in the back part of the vent, by the wheel to protect the brakes and suspention, and so you don't see the wheel too.

I'm going to take that as a compliment!...lol
