I have talked to cops here, and they say if you are going the speed limit, it will be considered the other persons fault, depending on the situation. But get this CRAP. They lady changed her story from it being her bad, to my fault. BUT, I have the witness so fawk off. They are most likely going to total it out, so I am soooo sad right now. I can buy it back for 25% of what the insurance company thinks it would be worth, so. Man guys this sucks. I am gonna ball. I cried for the first time yesterday right after the wreck, I mean I just broke down. But yea, MASTERMAN, go ahead and post those pics please.

Oh yea, they were trying to find used parts for my car, and they said they couldn't find hardly ANY, and the damages with brand new parts is over 5k dollars. I am gonna buy the car back, get the frame bent back or whateva (I have a guy that can do it perfectly) and put a s15 silvia front end on it I think. What do you guys sugest?

I say if they total it you may be better off starting over with a diff. car.If the frame is bent then it will most likely have front end trouble in the future(even if you get it bent back).I know that you love that car but you will love your next one as well.Just don't jump on the first thing that pops up.Keep us posted.

hmm...

How can she change her story? Did you not call the police at the time of the accident and have them write a report, with the names and statements of the witnesses? Pretty hard for her to change the story when she already hung herself in the police report.

Exactly, the police officer already took our statements, and the statement of my witness. I dunno what she is thinking.

cool. take her to court if she keeps up that nonsense. a lawyer would be more than happy to drag her bare bottom on jagged rocks so he can collect money.

Owowowowowowowow. Seeing the headlight like that hurts to look at. It reminds me of when I hit some black ice and went up on the curb, sideways, and into a tree.

That looks bad. My friend had an accident with bill's 240 today. It looks about half as bad, we are currently repairing it. Nick

:( I'm so sorry Ben. I know that has to hurt. I would have killed that ***** though. Someone backed into the door of my old S13 and she had to lock herself in her car to get away from me. Damn women drivers..... ;)

I would have loved to inflict pain on the whore, but she was a very large woman, and I was too much in shock at the site of my car.

maybe that's why her car accelerated VERY slowly?
