MR2 vs. 240SX (in corners, not even close)

The biggest problem with 240s are the owners in alot of cases, and the biggest advantage of a MR2 is the owner... The typical MR2 owner is either a seasoned SCCA/ITA racer who uses his MKI, a long time car fan who appreciates the MKI, or somebody middle aged who can afford a Turbo MKII... the 240 owner, typically, has a younger fan following, due to their low cost and low cost to mod, not to mention low insurance. So, generally youre going to see more inexperienced driving 240s... or atleast thats how it is in MY area.
