My concern is that if such a law is made it will hurt those who are genuinely in need. In my town there are no homeless but when I travel to big cities (Chicago for example) there are plenty of people who appear to be homeless and it tugs at your heartstrings a bit. Many of them are fakers I know but I think there are some who are genuinely in need.
When I was in Chicago walking down the street with some friends a homeless man came up to us and asked for some money to buy some food. I said here step in here and I'll buy you a hamburger and he said "f*** you" and walked off telling me he wasn't really hungry but wanted money for alcohol or drugs. I will rarely give money to homeless people. On the other hand when a homeless person will accept food that tells me that they are genuinely in need. That is the reason I'm against such a law.
But it feels so good.FlatBlackIan wrote:

Sorry but it annoys me when people reject a story just because Fox reported it.

If people are watching it that means Fox is doing something right. CNN and MSNBC have less viewers because they aren't as interesting to watch. Controversy = ratings. Kinda like in our Politics forum now that all the Liberals have crawled into their holes the forum has been quite boring.
