currently stock as far as performance goes and don't have pics yet but i worked over the audio system

stock speakers replaced with alpine 6.5" and deck replaced with an alpine cd/mp3/ipod LED deck. also added a kenwood 1000W amp powering 2 kicker comp 12" subs

thats as far as i've been able to get but i plan on doing the fuel/intake/exhaust system and some suspension mods

How's it going everybody?

I'm new here but have been visiting Maxima.org for a month or so. I've got a '00 Infiniti I30 w/130k miles, I bought it from a Nissan service tech about 4 months ago and couldn't ask for a better vehicle. No mods yet but plan to lower it on some 18's by the end of the summer along with some other cosmetic mods.

I also own a '02 QX4 with 75k miles but it's the wifes ride, plus I enjoy driving the I30 more

All right I'm back again. I have been a member here for some years now. My previous car was a 1992 Infiniti Q45, Auto; at the time I was living in Miami, FL and then moved back to Memphis, TN with it. I started having some problems after with different various parts (water pump, fuel pump, ignition wires, etc) but then I had a more serious problem and took it to a shop that supposedly had a good reputation in the Memphis area (although I should have talked to someone on here); when I moved from Miami I didn't have the internet anymore for a while. The shop destroyed my car, taking things apart and trying to replace things and didn't know how to get the car back running again. R.I.P.

Now I have a 1998 Nissan Maxima - Auto - Black - New Orleans, LAI just started having an electrical problem with it. I took it to a shop that specializes in Nissans, but I don't really trust them and I really need someone to help me find a trustworthy place to take it to get fixed. My turn signals don't work, A/C - Heat, and only the driver's side window rolls down and that is only when I'm pushing my foot down on the brake. The shop wasn't able to fix the problem but charged me $400 for trying :-( I'm through putting my trust in a shop that wasn't referred to me by another Nissan Maxima ENTHUSIAST so if there is someone out there that can help me, please do. The shop told me that the problem could be that I need to replace my body control module so I'm getting ready to order the part from everythingnissan.com, but I want to make sure that I get the right person to put it on and that some shop doesn't just tell me that that isn't what is going to fix it just to make me spend some more money. Thank you in advance for any help you may offer.

hey there im checkin in my name is Jaymi and im from Arkansas and i have a 99 se maxima and a 95 gle the 95 is bone stock and an automatic and the 99 has some mods done to it and is also an auto.

99's mods:ae'd headlights8k hidsyellow fogs20% tint5.5 gen 17sdropped on tein s techsits been debagded in the rear and the pin stripe has been removed.

2004 Black Maxima. Billet grill rims. navi heated seets. its an SE got it used for 9800 plus my old maxima. Im a three time maxima (4 time nissan) owner and still going. I do my own work on them as much as my tools let me get away with. Glad to be here

Hey There...I'm a Newbie....My road dog is a 99SE ...Light gold..202,000....Rolling well......Since I plan to keep it (had it since 2001) Ive been maintaining it pretty well.......Replaced A-Z a bit @ a time as the $ presents itself....Currently I'm having a Loud humming noise in the engine now....whacha think? (water pump -alternator/pulley etc..) I would love to find out from you what I can do to keep my baby on the road.... What I should do 1st.......i still have a lot of original parts on the car & I'm sure they will be talking to me soon.......Thanks........plus ...IS IT FOOTBALL SEASON YET ?

I have a 98 maxima GXE, auto.the air conditioning and heater knob works only on level 4. The ac and heat both work fine, but only when the fan is on level 4.any suggestions?
