i hear nothing but good thing from hawk pads, i think they have one for the track.... as far as rotors, powerslot, brembo blanks are good for the OEM system... make sure u change ur brake fluid (and lines) when u do the upgrade....

but seriously the q45s dont require a new master cylinder (like the z32s do) u can use OEM brakelines, and irrc u can get b14 sentra ser rotors (4 lug) or so i read...

i got my rotors for 120 a pair off of fastbrakes.com

the cailpers i also ordered remanifactured, i got burned by a guy on the forums for a set that wasnt fuctional... u just need the mounting brackets as well...

the whole setup can be had for around 300 bones, and u will stop significantly shorter

ill snap some pics of my setup next time i have my wheels off....

Wow! Why didn't you hit up a junkyard? Couple months ago my friend got his support for $40.

I searched everywhere locally and I couldnt find any used at the time so my only choice was a new one. Your friend got a very sick deal

I know what you mean. S13's are getting more and more scarce here at the local junkyards, you gotta look real hard. You would figure that with all the crazy drifting going on you'd see more S13's in the junkyard.

I dont think you want my fenders they are dinged a bit and paint isnt consistent
I guarantee your fenders are in much better shape than mine for sure! Do some research on brakes before you really delve into them.... I got lucky and ran across a z32 for dirt, bought it, pulled the calipers and rotors off the front and swapped them with s13 stockies then sold the car for twice what I had in itlol mine turned out amazing and I'm still using the stock brake master cylinder....

I could have sold you my part's car's core support from the shock towers forward for next to nothing as well... but it went to the scrap yard about a month ago

u dont have to get remanufactured calipers, but napa (or simple parts store) should have them pretty cheap...

i got mine offline, but i cant seem to remember the website, only thing is i needed 1 caliper bracket because only one of the new calipers had one....

but like i said u dont need a new MC, or really anything out back besides new pads and u wont have an uneven brake bias

Thanks, Im definately trying to deckout the suspension first. Hoping to get some coilovers in within the next 2 months, either some GR or Flex. I know i got ripped off but its ok though, i didnt have much of an idea at the time cuz I was in school also so I was just trying to get my car fixed asap. Im really glad its done tho.

*update*(sort of) I put in a K&N drop in filter, after i changed my oil. Nothing special but letting everyone know.

Soravia wrote:You can fit in ABS caliper and rotor with no issue. You just need to replace both at the same time. As for pads with shims, get Duralast Gold. They come with perfect fit shims and cheaper than buying generic shims separately.

Before your engine goes bust, remove the upper timing chaing guide, replace the timing chain tensioner and do the valve cover gasket at the same time.

As for oil, I recommend nothing less than Royal Purple and Purelator PureOne oil filter. Go Pennzoil if you can't afford Royal Purple. Pouring SeaFoam into the oil before draining helps.
actually the rotors out of the ABS cars the holes for the lug bolts are a little larger diameter and they will tick when u move i had some ABS rotors and everytime the tire spun the rotor would tick i didnt notice it till i was in the snow messin arround and that night i took the wheel off to see what was going on and the rotor holes were to big..
