I don't think I'm going to be able to make it this time:(

Anyways there is going to be a Louisville Streets meet this Sunday from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Anybody planning on going to this meet?

I'm not too involved with LS. Nothing against them or anything, there was just never anything on their site that really attracted me.

I like 502 StreetScene better myself. I started out on LS but then found better Nissan people on the 502 board.

I've never posted on the Louisville Streets site so I don't really know what its like. In fact I've never even looked at it till yesterday when I found the thread for this meet. I went to one of their meets before and it was pretty cool. There were alot of 240's there. Just seein' if I could get some maxima's up there so I wouldn't be by myself.

I would but I don't have a ride. I could have gone with one of my friends but his motor keeps screwing up and his other friend with a supra blew his transmission. So I'm stuck here without a ride.:(

The Nissan side of LS is relatively dead anyway. 502 has more going on....

If I can get a ride with Dane(Jezter), maybe you can catch a ride with Scott(maxhopper). We'll see.

Alright man, I'm sorry I took so long to get with you on this. Cullen's not going to be able to go tomorrow. If you want to ride down to Nashville, give me a call on my cell 386-87o1. I'll be up for the next hour or so...or call me tomorrow morning; I'll be up around 8:00...got to get my girl all nice and clean. We can either meet up at some where between Taylorsville and Bardstown Rd on Hurstbourne, or I can just meet up with you at Meijer's.

Scott

Thanks man but I can't go. My mom won't let me go because she doesn't want me to miss church and I have a test Monday morning.:( It sucks but there will be others. Probably not as big as this but oh well. Have fun and thanks for the invite.

P.S.: Represent the white maxima's well!:)

Well Scott. I know you mentioned a test and tune wed night. Are you still up for that. Is anyone else up for it. Cullen. U want to come watch. Mark I know you need to get your feet wet in this stuff. You got that y-pipe and it's beggin to be used :D Steve. How about urself. Come out and test that short throw shifter. It'd be great to get the guys and shoot the breeze laugh at me as I miss third gear again going down the track.

Oh yeah... The headers came in today... A slight problem... I have to route the o2 sensors all the way past the cat converter and weld on tow o2 sensor bung holes in the b-pipe. KNow anyone that will do that for cheap?

Yeah, I'm still up for it. I'm going to try to get out there early. I'm just wanting to work on my reaction time...haven't been to the track since I broke out at the last OVIS.

Dave: Did Brian @ Cattman tell you this before you bought the headers? And yes, I'm up for going to the Valley.

Hal: Well, My transmission decided that it didn't like to go into gear anymore. Although, yesterday I bled the clutch and put in some fresh redline MT90 and it's doing extraordinarily better now. You up to going to OV tomorrow. BTW, How was the trip?

The meet was great. Minimum of 100 cars, all makes. This is jEzTeR's pictures, his camera is a bit messed up, but you'll get a good idea of what was there. http://www.imagestation.com/me...47825 You'll have to sign up to view them, but it's a cool place to host pics/video for free. I saw your post before I went to sleep, so it's no big deal. If you want, and weather permits, some of us are going to Ohio Valley tomorrow for test and tune ($15 to race $5 to watch 6-10pm) tomorrow if you'd like to go.

Dane: So, I guess Jesse got the kit on. I'm anxious to see it run. I need to give you a call about some advice with the Z.

Drew: It's about 15-20 minutes away from my place which is near the corner of Hurstbourne and Taylorsville. Give me a call tomorrow. If we don't go tomorrow we'll go Wed.

If we do get rained out tonight, what do you all think about meeting up and going to eat somewhere? I already talked to Cullen about it, and he's in. I'll try to keep an eye on the weather from work, and post up before I leave at 4:30. If it looks remotely clear, I still would like to go to the track.

Well looking at the radar images, the rain looks to have gone around the track. The Valley's machine says they're still open...so it looks like I'm going for sure.

You crazy man!

I was in Radcliff today and there was high winds, Hail, and lots of rain. So much that I could only see tail ights of the car in front of me.

Good luck if you go.

I am going to go to OVIS Sat. You all should plan on that and then maby something afterwords like a roof top meet?

i would have liked to gone to that meet, but i am going up to indy for the brickyard.

did you guys make it to the track tonight. i will make it out before the summer is out. i just ordered some new plugs and some more tools so i can get those put in and fix my leak. can you believe it? i have been so lazy i still havent gotten underneath the car to see where its coming from but i still keep it sparkling clean.

i just noticed how low my brake pads are too the other day since one wheel was getting a ton of brake dust on it. is it true that the rear passenger brake does most of the work on the car. while i was getting my oil changed at the dealer, they tried to sell me new brakes and all there. when i asked why the rear passenger was so low compared to the others, he said that is the one that does most of the work. is that really true?

anyways, just ordered some F/R Black Zinc Brembo Rotors, F/R Axxis Ultimate/PBR ultimate pads, and some SS lines. hopefully ill get them on sometime next week. Then ill be track ready.

What are the brake upgrades setting you back? Just curious since I will be putting mine in the shop due to finally warping the rotors and needing new pads...
