And so...?

I'm not trying to be rude; I just can't figure out what you're getting at.

The girl wearing a tuxedo was part of the issue.

What I am getting at is that all schools has a dress code in place. Typically it's something like, shorts must be mid thigh, no hats, no exposed underwear, no hats, etc...

By following the ruling on this case it would seem that the entire dress code is ruled null.

The clothing that we wear is an expression of who we are, and the school can not infringe on that, right?

I always hated that dress code rule.

No, the court did not hold that the entire ruling is null. The court did say that a ban on non-gender-conforming clothing is unconstitutional.

That's not nearly the same thing.
