The technical bits are pretty easy to understand, but the other stuff that makes a picture great takes a lot of practice until it becomes second nature.
I'm always saving or bookmarking pictures or car articles that have great pictures so I can get better ideas..

It sucks per the typical. The weather down here is a bipolar whore. Rains, then sunshine, then rain WITH sunshine. It's completely impossible to predict how Florida's weather will be for more than a day. Rained quite a bit today and it'll probably be dry as hell tomorrow then windy as hell Monday. :tisk: I hate this state sometimes.
I don't miss Florida weather.

I've never been to Florida in the dead of Summer, thank God. When is the best time of year to be there? A trip to the Keys is on my bucket list, just curious as to when the best time to go would be.

It'll be a while but it's good to be prepared. I really wish I could win the lottery so we could just pack our bags and go wherever. Of course, that would be contingent on one of us playing the lottery, which we don't.....

Skip florida and go straight to the Bahamas, while we dont have sports car roads we do have perfect weather most of the year.

The absolute best time to be in Florida is either late February, March or early May. The locals will probably still be wearing winter coats and you will not understand why. lol

But beware, March is when all the tourists come out and mob the place.

We went in late October and that seemed to be a really great time to go as well. We went to Orlando though, so most of the theme parks were still fairly busy. Everywhere else though was pretty low key.

I can't imagine there being a good time to go to Florida. That's like saying there's a good time to go to California, or New York.

Ironically...I will be in CA all next week (last week of the month). It's going to take some effort not to insult every Californian I pass and ask them if they're pleased they've singlehandedly ruined the automobile industry.

If you wanna go to the Keys EVER, the best time is during the summer months, preferably June - July. It's so beautiful down there. The locals are really awesome and there's always fun to be had if you get out on a boat. My buddy has a house down there and I go down there at least once a month and go out fishing and such. Great times.

If you're looking to just chill in South Florida, however, Dave is right. Best time to be there is around February. It's nice and cool weather wise and the tourists are at a minimum. It's like the eye of the storm. The first wave of hell comes around late November and ends around late January. Then in March - May, all hell breaks loose. Effin' snow birds. :tisk:

Anywhoo, morning bishes and bishettes. Sup with the Learned'd crew this mornin'?

Yuck man. Funny story- Icehouse is a brand name for a fish portion we're making. All I can do is associate the name with awful beer.

Thanks and I will. We had time to say good-bye. That makes letting go a lot easier. We're focusing all of our efforts at the moment on Greg's mom and helping her taking care of the funeral arrangement details. Looks like services will be next weekend. He will be entombed (sp?) at Arlington.

Arlington? That's pretty cool. And I got the feeling that you had your chances to say goodbye. I've never had that opportunity, but I can only imagine it makes things a lot easier on the survivors.

On a different note, I kinda want a raspberry pi. I can't be the only one, right?
