Things are winding down for me right now. I have all the classes and credits I need to transfer to a bigger school, so I'm just taking a bit of a rest and working on the list of stuff to do on my car.

To clarify, my last class ended at 5. It took me an hour to get home and I had to pick up the girls to take them to gymnastics and music lessons. We got home about 9:40

I'm trying to work as much as I can. The expensive part of school is coming up soon and I want my stockpile. I won't be able to work as much when I'm in actual nursing school.

I thought all of school was the expensive part?

Screw nursing, BTW. I'll work on gadgets and stuff. Electrical engineering, here I come. Oh God, engineering.

Morning. That sucks about the MAFS. I hate it when I buy something, and then don't install it for a while, only to find out it's broken.

Ace, I might be leaning towards the CTS-V. It's the quickest way to find a manual. I don't think I have time to find a base model with a manual, and then negotiate for the right price. Not to mention how far I might have to travel to get it.

Here ya go buddy. Been using these dudes for awhile now. Good customer service and everything has a warranty. They have new and reman. Can't beat $105.60 for a new MAF though.

CTS-Vs are awesome cars, a buddy back home has one. Not your average caddy!

Morning!

I was really looking at a V6 CTS awhile back. With the plan to turbocharge it of course! Summit used the 3.6 V6 out of the CTS in their drag car back in 05 iirc. Anyway, I couldn't/can't afford the CTS-V but the CTS-6 is pretty cheap these days.

I think the CTS is a sexy b****, but I've always had a thing for Caddies. I'd love an older Eldo.

3.6 V6 in the CTS is REALLY GOOD. Especially the latest high-performance variant (the LFX). Great torque delivery, very smooth and refined, even sounds pretty nice.

Agreed. That motor plus 10 lbs of boost would be a very comfortable, yet, ultra fun car for a daily driver. I'll most likely trade my BMW for one eventually. They are available with LSD correct?

Yeah, mercifully LSD was a performance option. Not sure how many used ones actually have that package though. At least the existence of a factory LSD means it's a no-nonsense swap even if yours doesn't come with one.

Roger that, not an option at all is absolutely water-head. The cost difference simply doesn't justify even offering an open diff at all imho. I mean, the obvious advantages in safety alone warrant a LSD ffs!

I'm not sure. My brain interpreted "oxygen sensor" at first. I've actually never messed with a knock sensor. I had them disabled on the Q, and the I've never had to fiddle with them on the LS.
