I'm off the schedule for work this week for something that's not my fault. I think the asst. manager is trying to flex her muscles on me, but I don't think I'm gonna cower in fear like the rest of my co-workers. So that's a whole week of lost pay. Think I have grounds to claim lost wages or sue?

Not hostile.....yet. She switched up the schedule, didn't email it to me or post it on the notice board. They called me 7:30am monday, but I was asleep. I woke up at 11:30 and spent the rest of the day trying to call the manager to no avail. He leaves a voice message tuesday, letting me know that I'm off the schedule for the rest of the week. I think it was a ploy by the asst. manager to get me in trouble so I can learn to fear her conniving ways like my other co-workers do.

So you missed one day due to her not notifying you of the new schedule, and they take you off for the rest of the week because of it? That's garbage. I wouldn't just lay down. You seem like you're a better person than that though. I'd wait it out and see if things keep going downhill, and if they do, then talk to the overall manager. Don't play sheep though.

I'm supposed to be going down there on Friday to collect check and sitting down with manager. You best believe I'm dumping all blame on her. "She has my email, and knows I can't work mornings because of my crappy school schedule. If there's no school on one day out of the week, and I see that no new schedule has been posted yet, why would I not assume that my schedule looks exactly like it did for the previous week? Better yet. Why do I not have a copy of the schedule?"

That's exactly how I'm going into the meeting.

Also, what wires would get constant power in a car? Is hooking up straight to the battery my only option?

In modern cars, lots of stuff gets constant power. FSM should have diagrams which will be helpful. If it's something being wired in-cabin, you can just hook into the ignition switch wiring, which has a constant 12v supply on all but the weirdest cars.

And yeah...I'd love a plain white plate...but that's as close as you get here. Idaho has some UGLY a** PLATES. Look: https://www.accessidaho.org/secure/itd/ ... lates.html

This one is BY FAR the worst plate I have ever seen on a car:

The red wire to the radio is constant. If you're using a jumper harness, it's red anyways. f*** if I know what the stock wire color would be. White with brown and segmented mauve?
