The 1201N always came with a 6 cell. No lower option - this was the netbook flagship remember...AppleBonker wrote:Gotcha. Does the new item specify the battery capacity? Why do I have a feeling it's less than awesome?marlin29311 wrote:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 834220659R
I would dump the preinstalled OS and throw Win7 64 right on it.
But with the ION graphics the CPU wont get bogged down as easily.Razi wrote:Dunno.
$400 seems a bit pricey to be spending on a computer with an Atom processor.

Simply stunning.
I have fixed quiet a few burn jobs but that one is a real doozy!93coupe wrote:Fuel line...
I want ultra portability, which is why I'm going after the 12 in - I could easily find 14-15in lappys in the price range, but I'm going for size here - I already have a 15" laptop.AppleBonker wrote:If that happens you're allowed to return it I believe. How long does the 6 cell last on that netbook? I honestly didn't look into the 12" netbooks ever. I wanted a netbook for portability first and foremost. At that size I would probably have looked for a 14-15" laptop that was more powerful still (I do have a 14" laptop, btw). So, the 12" netbook was too much inbetween those two categories for me to personally be interested in it.
Dude! were you driving when it happened?

And your ex is still texting you why?ADDirishboy wrote:I got a text like that from my ex the other day.
Well, the 10" is more portable than the 12". BUT, if you need HDMI out, you don't have many options. When I need the HDMI out, I jump to my laptop. I've bought a mobo from newegg open box (I think) and didn't have any issues.marlin29311 wrote:I want ultra portability, which is why I'm going after the 12 in
Apparently she only texts me when she needs help with something. Otherwise she wants nothing to do with me. Convenient, eh?AppleBonker wrote: And your ex is still texting you why?
how 'bout you just ignore her texts!ADDirishboy wrote:

Yea, i basically want the easiest thing to carry around that has HDMI. Nothing else has it that I see that can handle HD with ease...AppleBonker wrote:Well, the 10" is more portable than the 12". I'm a glutton for punishment. This is what I get for still wanting to be with her.AppleBonker wrote:You seem to be confused. Let me help you out here, Gheyler. The texting stops when you stop answering. I don't care who wants what from you, if you stop helping they will stop asking. So clearly you've been responding. Bad. Very bad.
