I just got the go ahead from Nico to set up this group buy.

However, I'm going out of town on vacation tomorrow (ZdayZ).

I will be back late Sunday and plan to put together this promotion early next week!

Thank you all for your interest and for hanging in here while we work out the details.

Would there be interest in a KP technologies module that would interface with the steering wheel "Enter" button (a ~1.5 second hold) that would toggle the VSS sensor so that we could override the Nav Programming lock out? According to Kevin, if there would be at least 50 people interested in that, he would consider pursuing it.

If it's a sure thing I would be interested.

If you're really interested in this, you'd be better off using a switch which you can pick up for a few bucks. Then it's just a matter of having an installer put it in for you. If KP made the module you're looking at 50$ for the module in ADDITION to the install. Might as well just have the installer put in a switch.

All this is doing is making the navi think the car isn't moving, so the GPS will not update while the switch is on (not allowing signal from the VSS wire) so if you install a switch which allows and breaks signal, it's the same thing...

That was the conclusion we came to when this was addressed before, there's not much point in spending 50$ when a 2$ part will do the same.

Welcome to Nico BTW.

Sorry for the delay guys, we just released a new product for the '07/08 G35/G37 and we are swamped with orders right now. There is no possible way I can offer a group buy or other sales incentive this week because we are struggling to keep up with our current orders how it is.

Next week I will be out of town on vacation, so its out, too.

I will get this going as soon as possible though, we appreciate your interest in our products and are very excited about working with Nico in the very near future.

Things have slowed down a bit here - we can probably work something in in the next few weeks.

I hate that you guys are having to wait this long for this stuff, but after the few months since I have gotten it all done everything still works GREAT!! just incase you wanted to know lol. Hopefully KPtechnologies will get the ball rolling on this soon so you all can see how sweet these are.

Sorry again for the delay - as I believe I already said we only run group buys when we have time - and lately there hasn't been any. We just got done shipping a large reseller order and we are getting ready to start filling another.

As soon as we get our current order out I'll try to offer something for this crowd.

Keep us posted. I've got no money, but I'll pull something together when there's a group buy since I'll be wanting nearly all of the modules...

I'm in the same boat as AppleBonker, but I hadn't realized how inexpensive these modules really are! Get a GB going and I'll hunt though my couches for some change!!!
