I hunted for (and finally found) a similar noise on my wife's 92 Q45a. It was the bolts that hold the tension arm front mount (the steel frame part) on to the main frame. It was difficult to locate.
The ACTSUS light can be caused by many things. First check the oil level in the reservior. Then run the diagnostics: With car off, turn the key to 'on" all the warning lights on, engine not running. Within 10 seconds of turning the key on, move the 'N/H' switch fron N to H and back 10 times. The active system computers should go into a self test mode which will find any electrical malfunction in the system--including low oil level. When the self test is done, the display starts blinking in a series of short and long pulses. shorts are 'ones', and longs are 'tens' five longs followed by 5 shorts is '55' which is no faults found.
Refer to the service manual for the codes or send them to me.
99% od the problems on active cars are from 'flat' accumulators. the rest are mostly low oil. I supply rebuild accumulators for these cars
