I'd just like to point out that here I am today on the 22nd and still no pulleys when you said the below statement on the 1st of the month I'd have to say that it is now 3 weeks later. An update on production would be nice. I honestly don't know the process of producing a pulley but I did not think it would take over a month.

TALKING BOUT THIS WHOLE DEAL WHICH I THINK IS GREAT AND ALL. I was just wondering do you make a nissan quest alt pully. I am planning on putting that alt into my 240 as an upgrade since im running electric fans and dont want to lose to much power. And have you guys figured out how to reduce the weight of the a/c pulley?

We are finishing the product right now, We actually had two differing sets made to test them both.

We first made our original design and then made a design in which the pulleys move the belt about half the speed as stock, keeping the power going to the accessories without ever having to worry about throwing a belt before about 13-14000 rpms.

We are finishing tests for both sets and will release the best set.

here is my question. why would you underdrive the waterpump. KAs aren't SRs that develop cavitation at high rpm. What about those who have done the nissan quest alternator swap.

Any updates? I am interested in a set if it's available. I wanted the ever-so-elusive UR set, and was even inclined to get an eBay special pulley until I've seen this. Once this is in production, I'd like to purchase a set.

It seems like you guys have lots of interest in this part. It would be best for everybody if you can come out with a good product quickly with proven dyno results.

Sorry for the delay guys... We have been working diligently with absolute performance as our goal....and of COURSE pleasing you guys...

We're coming down to the wire and are about ready to ship our first batch.

We have secured anodizing for the products as well. I am on a lame PC right now at the shop and cannot u/l the image for the anodized parts... I will get back to my house tonight and up them for you guys to see.

All is going well, even though we have been lagged for much too long...the end result will be even more impressive than stated before.

I will also add the rest of you guys to the list as well this evening.

Dyno sheets have been delayed. But are coming soon! I have secured another location as a backup. I will post info as soon as it comes about.

I will be posting pics of these colors shortly as well.

As for the parts, apparently the shop that we had to do our work had an employee (the guy we were talking to all the time) that ended up setting all sorts of work up and then quit without saying a thing to anyone about the jobs he had setup...

So this jerk screwed us up for well over a month and more...

SO.... We have taken to a new and better facility to further expedite this project...

Also...as a result of this mishap...We are going to compensate the first 20 on the list and moreso to those whom have sent money already to secure the parts.

We are offering the anodizing for these people for FREE....

I hope this softens the blow of the delays, as we really do wish to "please everybody"!
