I just remembered something to add to the list, i'm kind of a noob, but shouldn't a lighter flywheel be in your mix somewhere.

And also, while you are talking about shops in the PA and NJ area, can anyone tell me about import intelligence. I was at the Hot Import Nights in Philadelphia and I spoke to a guy who had a nice and I mean NICE 240(SR20DET red top, GP sports body kit, no wing on it, Kouki tails and white front signal lights and it was painted "Porsche Lapis Blue"). He said that he worked for import inteligence and that he got his clip through them, I asked about pricing and he said to talk to his friend. I told the guy that I had a budget of 4k to get the car and the swap. He said that If I wanted, he would hunt the car down for me, do the swap and call me when its ready to be picked up. I was also told that if they do the swap there, I get a 30 day warranty on the swap.

I was wondering what you guys could tell me about this?...

I am not trying to diss you, I think have a good setup in general, but I would worry about two things: The Autometer A/F gauge is not worth very much, from what I have heard you might be better off with a good EGT gauge. I know a guy who did an s15 into s14 swap and he had the autometer a/f gauge, and it really just zips back and forth without really telling you much specifically. By the time you could gather any critical info from that thing it would be too late. Also, why are you using an OBX manifold? OBX seems like POS stuff to me. Even very high quality stainless steel tends to crack. My Greddy header cracked on the welds, and my blitz exhaust also cracked right where the hanger was welded on. Those are very expensive and well made SS exhaust parts, and I know that OBX is not even close to their quality... just seems a bit risky for something as crucial as the exhaust manifold. Good luck!

If anyone needs a list of references for satisfied customers with swaps feel free to E-mail and I'll shoot you a few names and phone #'s. I do the swaps mainly because I like to, not to make a living. If anyone needs a break down of pricing I will be happy to E-mail that as well for bare essentials for the swap.

The "guy" (Dave) at the HIN Philly show does work for us. ( GP Sports Kit, Proshe Blue ) We also performed the Sr20 Swap that was located in the PepBoys Booth as well. (89 Hatch Erebuni kit w/ S13 Redtop )

Here's a link to my personal beast. http://www.bee.net/a2low240/gauges/matt.html

We'll put an S2000 motor in your 240 if you wanted us to. Just be prepared to ge flamed.
