This is the thing, I'm mainly on here to help people. I don't clown people's ideas, and I don't attack people for no reason.. I try to help people...I mean seriously, we're all adults, there's just no reason for some of the comments , that's stuff you'd find in ricer forums and online kiddie forums..

In regards to the disclaimer, it was directed towards you because of your comment, but really it was meant for anyone that comes into a forum with seemingly malicious intent. If someone asks for an opinion, then hell, rip his idea apart if that's what he asks for. But my threads are usually about mods and custom stuff because that's what I'm good at, that's what I know, and that's what I try to share. So it's cool, no hard feelings ...

I try to help people, that's why I get ticked off at jerks like Cali, I can think of at least 5 different threads where he's dropped little smart a** subliminal comments about the G35 ~A/C comparison and continued to propagate a line of thought and statements that is both unnecessary and obstructive...

I mean seriously, we're all adults, there's just no reason for some of the comments , that's stuff you'd find in ricer forums and online kiddie forums.. it pisses me off even more when non Altima owners come into an Altima thread and start sh*t with multiple individuals in that forum... to me that's the very definition of a troll.

That is the problem right there - YOU READ INTO MY POSTS TO FIND SOME SUBLIMINAL negative comment. If you have to read into my comment to find a hidden meaning - then that is your own personal situation. To reiterate - according to you - you are responding to some subliminal hidden comment I said in some other thread????

I haven't done any thing inappropriate on this forum - yet you continue to flame me and call me names like jerk, troll etc and my offer to meet AC owners assinine. Then you say no hard feelings between you and I - yeah right - you obviously have a personal issue with me. Feel free to quote any post I've made in this thread or elsewhere that is inappropriate or troll like behaviour. On the internet it is easy to lose things in translation, apparently it is just as easy to twist a comment negatively. Again I don't say anything on the forum that is blatantly untrue, or a personal attack, and nothing I woulnd say in person. I would never call you a jerk unless I was prepared to fight.

The moderators have already commented that any Nico forum member can go anywhere on any of the forums available through Nico - so it doens't matter if you don't like me or don't want me here, I've not attacked you or anyone else on this forum. I continue to offer positive advice and info. It is not your forum.

The reality is - people disagree every day - even Altima owners (remember I wasn't the guy that called your mod stupid). You disagree with some of the things I have to say and rather than leave it at that - you've resorted to attacking me personally.

To the forum - I apologize for my contribution to this - but I feel I'm just responding to the BS put out on this post. Imagine if we were all in a bar together Z owners, Altima owners, G owners etc. What do you think the conversation would be like? We would be sharing ideas, taking jabs at each other and our cars, etc. At the end of the day we all go home, enjoy our cars and go back to our lives.

look, i wrote this long response just now, and I just erased it... this is rediculous. I'm a grown man, and don't need to feel like i've won some disagreement! I've erased all of my negative comments about you.. this is counterproductive to the purpose of this forum. I think we just got off on the wrong foot with your original poor man's G35 comment. After rethinking it, I probably wouldn't have taken offense to it if it came from a NIssan owner, but at the time, it just looked like you were coming into the forum starting some s*it.... in any case, bygones be bygones...

in any case, i have some more ideas of "custom" things I want to do, but specifically in the interior... the Altimas w/ tech package have a cd changer down below the climate controls.. I purchased that storage box that holds the cd changer and will be placing another dvd player there, that way, I can play dvd's and operate the navigation at the same time... right now, i have to stop the dvd and put the nav unit back in if I change destinations...very annoying, and part of the reason that I wanted to go with the Avc Z2 in the first place... although I must say that I LOVE the rotary volume knob on the D3, and this is lacking on the Z2.

In any case, I'll have pics of this in the next few weeks..the true customizers will appreciate it, the haters will...well, you read the disclaimer...

You were correct my comment was about the two monitors. The Pioneer unit doesn't allow you to play DVDs and use the navigation at the same time? I thought the navigation was hard-disk based not DVD-ROM. I might be wrong though.

No, the Avic Z2 (the one that MadBlackCoupe has) has the built in hard drive.. So does the new Kenwood unit. But Kenwood uses Garmin, which is inferior in many ways to the Pioneer navigation system.

Also, one neat thing that the Z2 has is dual zone functionality. That way, I could be listening to the radio up front, and the kids in the back could be watching TV, or a dvd or something. Very, very cool. BUt hey, that's why the D3 only costs 600 -700 bucks and the Z2 costs 1300.

In any case, it appears that I have now gotten closer to that $1,000 mark that MAD paid for his Z2. ( making me kick myself even harder that I didn't jump on it when he told me to) I had to get an extra dvd player to compliment my D3, similar to the way someone suggested earlier. However, me being the over the top extreme person I am, I figured out a way to get bluetooth, usb control, an extra dvd player and an extra monitor in the vehicle. Yes, I know that means four montiors which seems extreme, but for those that don't like the idea, TURN THE FREAKING PAGE! For those that do like the idea, the custom work will be finished this Sunday.. stay tuned for more gadgets, gizmos, and what nots from the Dr....

Wow - I was actually surprised to see this post from you.

I've never had any beef with you - just the comments made . Thanks for acknowledging that you were upset with comments I made several months ago. There are Automotive Journalists as well as Nissan owners that have stated the same opinion on this forum. Either way disagreement with someone's opinion shouldn't result in a personal attack -so thanks for removing the negative comments about me.

Good Luck.
