I thought it had the makings of an epic film but it dragged a little for me so I gave it an 8.5 out of 10 and I will watch it again...

I'm looking forward to seeing it. Might go this weekend. I love the idea of manipulating dreams, the special effects look awesome, and Ellen Page is a damn cute little thing.

Yeah, but it doesn't have William Hurt in it, so it's already up a few thousand points on Dark City.

I want to see this, supposed to be better than The Dark Knight. Perhaps tonight. Might be the only movie this year worth a $9 ticket...

I was actually reminded more of Dreamscape with Dennis Quaid and David Patrick Kelly ("Warriors, come out and play--ay!").

Certainly a must see for me, along with the old school action flick "The Expendables".

Daft Punk doing the score....win
I'm so afraid it's going to fall into the same trap as "Matrix: Reloaded" though.

Don't care for Tron, tbh. Ringling museum was free today, $9 will be going to Inception tonight, woo.

It's definitely a mindfu*k.

You need to have a decent memory (because it is a long film) and you need to stay focused because a LOT is thrown at you. I was just surprised at how different it is, it isn't like any movie I have ever heard about or seen. A+ for who ever wrote this movie.

It was Christopher Nolan, supposedly 10 years in the making. The ending was amazing, I guess he's "living his dream." At least that's as best as I can put it.

I had been waiting for this movie to come out for months, finally saw it last night with some friends and it was spectacular. Easily the best movie I've seen this year and one of the best I've ever seen. I loved what Christopher Nolan had done with the Batman franchise, but he has really outdone himself with this one. I also read somewhere that he had written the story for this film as well. I'm not gonna dive into the plot or anything, definitely don't want to mess this up for anyone. Some reviews I read said the layered dream states were a bit confusing, but I found the film very easy to understand. You just have to pay close attention to what's going on, this definitely isn't the type of movie were you can leave your brain at home. It's a bit long but there's always so much going on and your always on the edge of your seat(at least I was). I absolutely loved this movie and I'm definitely going to see it again next weekend.

It was an awesome movie, and were tickets in my area not $10+ I would go see it again, but I can wait (most likely) until it comes out on Blu-ray to watch it again.

I watched it this morning in a matinee show for $5. Great movie, kept us involved during the whole 2.5hrs. Lots of special effect though the story seemed a little repetitive to me.

I recommend it (as if anybody cares). :chuckle:

Saw it last night. This movie is incredible.

I'm not sure if anyone noticed, or it was just me, but it seemed to me that the tempo of the music/score was slightly slower then the action and suspense called for, especially towards the end. I was totally held in suspense, but not exactly edge of my seat, because of that. Hard to explain why without getting into details, as I don't want to spoil it for those who haven't seen it yet.

And Ellen Page is awesome, but I didn't like her that much in this. I think her character should have been more subtle, maybe even a little naive. Not sure if that's on her, or if it was Nolan's direction.

One of the better movies I've seen in a pretty long time, IMO.

Definitely needs a rewatch, if for nothing else, to look at that final "multi-dream" in more detail to figure out the details. I think the first movie I've seen in theaters that made me leave both satisfied and slightly confused, but already wanting to go see it again.

Haha, happened in my theater too. I just had to laugh when I heard half of them yell it out.
