Yeah, I was going to buy cross drilled rotors for one of my cars for a track day but everyone told me not to because of the cracking. So I bought Brembo slotted instead and used Hawk HP plus pads with the ATE fluid.

I was out braking Porsches and BMW's on almost every turn especially 1 and 2 here in Spokane at SRP. Now for the straight aways ... different story.

I bought cheap-o drilled and slotted rotors off ebay. They haven't cracked yet. Then again I only drove the car for 150 miles with them so far... I think they're nice for daily driving. Maybe they'll help in autocross. I needed new rotors anyway because the stockers warped because all 4 calipers were seized when i bought this car lol... i'll post pix if i remember it.

very true, but even good pads with stock s13 brakes doesnt do nearly as good q45 brakes.

def dont rock stock brakes with an sr, especially one as modded as urs. even with a stock sr the s13 brakes suck. ask anyone that ever been in my car. thats why i got q45 brakes

the z32 has more stopping power but theyll be biased to the front with the stock mc. the q45s are cheaper and will fit with more wheels. also they can use the stock mc and have a good bias

The pics kinda Suck but ill take better ones soon, and all 4 rotors are 12 inches

W/4 piston calipers int the front and i think 2 piston in the rear

he has r33 brakes on his s13 so it seems like you should be able to put them on a s14
il ike that pic you posted idaho your car is going to look nice i need to get a GTR grill for when i finish my silvia front.

Also yes the NGK VIII will be best for your setup those are the same spark plugs i have. Theey should be great for 300+ hp

yep sure do the R33 Skyline brakes bolt right on and here are those pics i was talking about its just the fronts for know untill i do the rear. The pics kinda Suck but ill take better ones soon, and all 4 rotors are 12 inches

W/4 piston calipers int the front and i think 2 piston in the rear

What all do you have ordered, IIRC you have a new clutch. Anything else? Take pictures. Every time I see new parts it makes me want to go buy some myself... then I look into my wallet .

Idaho, that's one pro freakin parts list man! I don't have any suggestions so far lol. Although, Q45 brakes are heavy (i've felt em when we resprayed keegans) Dunno if u care about sprung weight as much as I do at this point in time. Maybe just a temp upgrade ya? anywho, you've probably seen frsport's q45 kit but here it is, http://www.frsport.com/Nissan-....htmlYou're probably better off buying new calipers. Mrgreeneyes had a siezed slider pin or 2.

Wish I could spring for a parts list like that . Maybe when I graduate .

Waiting for more pixxxx! Oh yeah, and could you post a pic of your avatar real resolution size? I just figured it out it's a deer.

Jordan, thanks for posting the r33 brakes, I didn't know they fit so well! Nice rust proofing in the fenderwells. I took care of that factory nissan undercoating too! Ask Mrgreeneyes, he know's I'm not ****ing around haha!

Offroadbob, It's not as hard as you'd think with credit cards... lol. I justify the spending like, as long as I spend less than what I could sell my daily driver for, then it's all good. I'm over the top but it won't be too bad of an overhead Our nissans are worth it!
