Well I've got another EMT test today guys. This one is pretty easy though. And I love the tests. If you fail, you are dropped from the class. So generally about 1 or 2 people get dropped after every test. I love it!

Hopefully that annoying whore will get dropped...

Example: We were going over a practice test and one of the questions was this:

1) Which of the following is acceptable for maintaining a seal between an oxygen cylinder and regulator?-A) Medical grade adhesive tape-B) A light coating of lubricant-C) A flexible gasket-D) A pop-off valve

She couldn't figure out what it was, so I said it was C. She looks at her paper for a minute and tries to argue that you could use some of the other things. Really? So, I delved into why it was C. I told her to go poke a hole in her garden hose and then wrap it in tape. It will hold for a time but will eventually fail. So it's not A. Then a coating of lubricant? No. Just no. Then I skipped to D, the pop off valve. This isn't a seal of any sort. it's used on re-breather bags for infants to ensure that we don't over-inflate an infants lungs. So the obvious answer is C.
