+1 lol.

Just make sure you stretch well and if something hurts, don't do it. There really shouldn't be any issues with scoliosis and your workouts - I've had friends with it and they've never had issues with anything. Just make sure you stretch out amply, and like I said - if it hurts, STOP. Pain is bad, sore is good

I would try to avoid things like deadlifts and anything that forces you to arch your back over - I wouldnt think there should be a problem, but thinking about the motions, these types of exercises seem like the ones that could possibly give you the most pain/issues in the long run.
Thanks man. I was worried about this also and I avoid it in the work out sessions. I have a few more questions about some work out, whether I am doing it correctly or if it should be avoided like the plague(example: shoulder shrugs).

Oh. My pillow top has pillow top on both sides. Each side has a different filling, one that breathes better for summer and one that's warmer for winter.

Shrugs are ghey - don't even bother with them. There are tons more shoulder exercises that give so much more benefit than shrugs.

how much wood could a wood chuck chuck, if a wood chuck could chuck wood? now before you answer, let's take into consideration that he weighs approx. 15 pounds. he had 1lb of ziti last night smothered i marinara sauce. for breakfast he had 4 pancakes with syrup and 5 sausage links. to top it off, he got laid last night, after a 12 pack, and then once more in the morning. a correct answer will result in kv dropping his pants and grabbing his ankles for you.

Well I don't know the name of a couple I'm already doing, but maybe I can describe it to you.

I take dumbells, and I outstretch my arms to the side with a slight curve at the elbows, and I kinda bring the bells up to head height. After 3 sets, I out stretch my arms in front of me and bring the bells, together to chin level.

Possibly my most favorite shoulder exercise. Add a flair to it - do your normal weight going to the sides, then do another set going in front of you with 5lbs less, and then do another set after that going back and forth with less weight. You won't feel your shoulders the next day lol.

My guess is that he'll get through about 11 logs before he he blows chunks. Afterwards, he'll get through about 2-3 more before passing out from the exhaustion of the first 11 coupled with the body strain from vomiting.

Theres no way I could deny that I'm not on task considering that I'm laughing from my office right now.

Good call guys.

Are we going skiing or what, Tito? If it looks like just you and I, I'll reserve the Adam and Eve suite at a motel local to the mountain.

So, the 29th, 30th, and 1st are still good?

I'll see what I can get for a hotel close to the mountain since it might not be cost effective enough for the two of us to get a slopeside room.

it's improving, so long as they keep the dehumidifier running and let it do it's thing.

whoops, sorry, I meant the 30th to be skiing. Are you alright with leaving Thursday evening, or do you want to get up early on Friday morning. I'm a big fan of traveling when I'm already awake.
