Not having a workplace blows, I have a motorcycle in my front yard that ive been tinkering with for awhile now. I'm a mechanic by trade so I have alot of tools/power tools but me and my father share a garage, which he seems to hog, lol.

My dads garage is 35 miles away, so its a road trip to get too..and I don't like going unless I need something off him..so I just tell him to bring home tools and I work on my cars out front haha My shed as my garage and i work on it outside. lol

My parents live roughly 15 miles away, not too bad of a trip but it can suck when sometimes you just want to tinker for an hour or so you have to make a 20 minute trip.

Yeah, I would rather just have a large steel building myself, single 2 post lift inside, lots of room to work, barn style large sliding doors. Probably cheaper also.
