a 95 mustang, wow, 140hp. I can crawl faster down the 1/4 mile than that car. It's good for "maybe" low 18's.

good v6? with a 4800rpm redline?

ahem, the best v6 in my opinion, is under the hood of a nissan. thankyouverymuch.

Altiman94, I doubt she is looking to race the car, few girls are ;) If she's happy with it, let her enjoy it and stop ragging on the V6.

Don't forget the weight a convertible top gives you too...

Good pick though...styling isn't too bad compared to some other convertibles. It's a nice 'cruiser' car...and that's where I'd draw the line.In the long run it will be more expensive to drop a v8/5spd than it would have been just to get a used '95GT. But at least a 5spd swap would be easier than in a FWD car (i.e. 240).

he was mearly comparing the V6 between the two cars and the 3.8 is a way better motor than a 2.8 ford

best watch out for that buick v6, I think the fastest is sub 7 seconds, I'm probably wrong though

I don't know what 240sx you have driven but it is most definatly a RWD car. Get your facts right.

Also sky I was indeed comparing two ford v6 engines not all v6 engines. Hahahaha my mustang has 105 hp 2.8 liter v6. I think nissanrose has got it beat dont you think?

ah, sportin the MN12 too

I'm glad you like your new Stang though, I recently put a steering rack in my Tbird and it feels like a different car now:)

if you really crave power, I still think you should go with the 3.8SC, it'd be such a sleeper car, it's just more exspensive to do performance mods on:(

By then he'll be so old it won't matter.

p.s. Keep calling him "Master" and he's gonna have "I Dream of Jeannie" fantasies...

thanks trueslide!!! it has enough power and speed for me. i haven't got the chance to top it out , so i have no idea how fast it will go yet. its so funny i actually have guys look and smile at me when i go down the road. i got my first cat-call the first day i had the thing that was sooooooo funny. i just smiled ,waved and barked the tires as i left. lmao at hitman. there is somebody out there for everyone. you just have to take your time and find that person. If it don't work out with this guy i like, which right nows its in the air. he told his friend he wants to ask me out , but he doesn't wanna risk the friendship . so he doesn't know what to do. his friend says he really likes me. so i don't know. if it don't work out i will stop looking and just see it blind-sides me. lol.
