how to raise the redline to 9k

You can rev to 8200 in stock form. Hell, you can actually get it to 8700 in stock form. To rev to 9k, you'll need the things you mentioned plus some cam gears to degree the cams properly because they will be high lift units. You will also need a very supporttive bottom end and keep a keen eye on oil pressure when high up in the rev range.

Yes oil pressure will be carefully watched of course :)I've read that oil pressure can be increased by changing some spring in oil pump or smth... Is it true? I guess increased pressure would add some safety margin at these conditions?
